Terms and conditions
- The Walt Disney Company (Southeast Asia) Pte. Limited and each of their respective parent, affiliates, and subsidiaries (collectively, “Disney”) are not responsible for the promotion, administration or execution of this reward redemption campaign (referred to as the “Campaign”) and/or the delivery of the Prizes, and exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from the Campaign and/or the Prizes.
- The Campaign period is 1 August 2022 to 4 September 2022.
- By applying promo code ‘PRINCESS’ on your first order on GrabMart, user will get the following discount.
- 1-time 20% discount – maximum discount at 100 Baht with minimum spending of 400 Baht of GrabMart order.
- Promo code ‘PRINCESS’ for GrabMart is only available for new user of GrabMart only.
- The promo code ‘PRINCESS’ can be applicable for GrabMart in the cities in Thailand which Grab operates.
- The promo code ‘PRINCESS’ is only for item discount.
- The promo code ‘PRINCESS’ is eligible for partner merchants only.
- Only one voucher may be applied to a transaction.
- When the order with promo code ‘PRINCESS’ is completed, the user will receive a push and inbox notification which redirects the user to a confirmation form which allows them to redeem an exclusive Disney’s Princess Cosmetic Bag (“Premium”).
- Users are required to complete the confirmation form and select the design of the Premium. If the user did not complete the confirmation form, such action shall be deemed that the user waive its right to receive the Premium and Grab shall not process the order or delivery of the Premium to such user.
- In the confirmation form, the user has to fill in the name, delivery address and phone number which have been registered with Grab for the purposes of account verification, select the Premium design, and the user’s delivery information for delivery of the Premium.
- Premiums are limited to 4,000 pieces in total of 4 designs and subject to availability in stock during the time of design selection.
- Grab may, at its sole and absolute discretion, substitute the prize for another prize of similar value, in circumstances that include unavailability of the original prize, illegality or non-feasibility.
- Unless otherwise provided, all Premiums are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash/credit in kind, Premium will be given out while stocks last.
- Limit one (1) Premium per (1) one user.
- Disney’s Princess Cosmetic Bag will be delivered by Grab or Grab’s service provider. The delivery rounds are on 15-30 September, 2022 and 1-15 October, 2022 or any other period as Grab deemed appropriate.
- User agrees that the user is in compliance with Grab’s terms of service applicable for the Grab service provided, as stipulated in https://www.grab.com/th/en/terms-policies. Each voucher is governed by its applicable terms of use.
- Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part of the whole terms and conditions in relation to this Campaign at any time without giving any prior notice to the user and the user agrees to be bound by those changes and Grab reserves the right to make final decisions in any matters relating to this Campaign.
- By taking part in this Campaign, the user hereby warrants and undertakes that the user has read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. Further, the user hereby agrees and consents to Grab to the collection, use, processing, disclosure and retention of the personal data, provided by you to Grab, as set out above and in accordance with Grab’s Privacy Notice.
- The user also acknowledges and agrees to be legally bound by these terms and conditions and decisions of Grab without limitation or qualification. The user further agrees that all decisions from Grab shall be final and conclusive.
- Grab shall not be liable for any claims by the consumers or third-party claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-party, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this activity.
- These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. And any disputes related will be under the jurisdiction of the non-exclusive case of the Thai court.

- หลังจากใช้บริการ GrabMart ครั้งแรก พร้อมกรอกโค้ดส่วนลด ‘PRINCESS’ เสร็จสมบูรณ์ ผู้ใช้จะได้รับข้อความ ซึ่งมีแบบฟอร์มขอรายละเอียดหรือข้อมูลของผู้ใช้ สำหรับการตรวจสอบสิทธิ์ การจัดส่งและเลือกดีไซน์ของพรีเมียมในแบบฟอร์ม
- ผู้ใช้ต้องกรอกข้อมูลและเลือกดีไซน์ของพรีเมียมในแบบฟอร์มข้างต้น หากผู้ใช้ไม่กรอกข้อมูลดังกล่าว บริษัทไม่อาจดำเนินการตามคำขอ คำสั่งซื้อหรือการจัดส่งของคุณได้ และจะถือว่าผู้ใช้สละสิทธิ์ในการรับของพรีเมียมเจ้าหญิงดิสนีย์โดยปริยาย
- ผู้ใช้จะต้องกรอก ชื่อและนามสกุลจริง, ที่อยู่, และเบอร์โทรศัพท์ที่ลงทะเบียนกับ Grab ผ่านทางแบบฟอร์มดังกล่าวเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการยืนยันสิทธิ์ภายในวันที่ 5 กันยายน เวลา 23.59 น. การเลือกดีไซน์และการจัดส่งของพรีเมียม โดยบริษัทจะเก็บ รวบรวม ประมวลผล และเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลภายใต้ประกาศความเป็นส่วนตัวของบริษัท
- ของพรีเมียมมีจำนวนจำกัดทั้งหมด 4 ดีไซน์ 4,000 ชิ้นเท่านั้น หากดีไซน์ไหนที่มีการแลกครบตามจำนวนแล้ว ณ เวลาที่ทำการเลือกดีไซน์ ผู้ใช้จะไม่สามารถเลือกดีไซน์นั้น ๆ ได้ และต้องเลือกจากภายในตัวเลือกดีไซน์ของพรีเมียมที่เหลืออยู่
- รางวัลทั้งหมดจะต้องได้รับการอ้างสิทธิ์ / แลกภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด รางวัลใด ๆ ที่ไม่ได้อ้างสิทธิ์ภายในกำหนดอาจถูกริบ (หรือจำหน่ายหรือบริจาคทั้งหมดขึ้นอยู่กับดุลยพินิจของ Grab) และไม่มีการเรียกร้องใด ๆ เพื่อการจ่ายหรือการชดเชยให้กับรางวัลดังกล่าว
- หากไม่ได้ระบุเป็นอย่างอื่นๆ แล้ว ของพรีเมียมไม่สามารถโอน/เปลี่ยน/แลก/ทอนเป็นเงินสดหรือเครดิตได้
- Grab ขอสงวนสิทธิ์เปลี่ยนแปลงหรือทดแทนด้วยของรางวัลที่มีมูลค่าเทียบเท่ากัน หากไม่สามารถแจกของพรีเมียมให้กับผู้บริโภคได้ ในกรณีสินค้าขาดตลาด ยกเลิกการผลิต เปลี่ยนรุ่นการผลิต เป็นสินค้าผิดกฎหมาย หรือเหตุผลอื่นๆ ที่ทำให้ไม่สามารถนำสินค้ามาเป็นของรางวัลได้ แกร็บขอสงวนสิทธิ์เปลี่ยนแปลงหรือทดแทนด้วยของพรีเมียมที่มีมูลค่าเทียบเท่ากัน โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า และในกรณีที่มีข้อพิพาท คำตัดสินของบริษัทถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด
- บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิในการรับรางวัล 1 ท่าน ต่อ รางวัล 1 ชิ้นเท่านั้น
- ของพรีเมียมจะถูกจัดส่งโดยบริษัทหรือ ผู้ให้บริการของบริษัทตามข้อมูลที่ได้รับผ่านทาง Google Form จากผู้ที่มีสิทธิได้รับรางวัล โดยมีรอบจัดส่งระหว่างวันที่ 15-30 กันยายน 2565 และ 1-15 ตุลาคม 2565 เท่านั้น หรือตามรอบการจัดส่งที่ทางบริษัทฯเห็นสมควร
- ผู้บริโภครับทราบและตกลงว่าผุ้บริโภคปฏิบัติตามข้อตกลงการใช้บริการที่ระบุไว้ตามประกาศใน https://www.grab.com/th/en/terms-policies และผู้บริโภครับทราบและตกลงแคมเปญนี้จะอยู่ภายใต้ข้อตกลงการใช้บริการที่นำมาบังคับใช้ได้
- แกร็บสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขและข้อกำหนดของแคมเปญโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า และผู้ใช้ตกลงที่จะผูกพันกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงดังกล่าวนั้น
- การพิจารณาและตัดสินใจของแกร็บ ไม่ว่ากรณีใดๆ อันเกี่ยวข้องกับแคมเปญนี้ให้เป็นที่สิ้นสุดแล้วไม่อาจโต้แย้งได้
- แกร็บไม่ต้องรับผิดต่อข้อเรียกร้องใดๆ ของผู้บริโภคหรือร้องเรียกร้องหรือความเสียหายของบุคคลที่สาม ไม่ว่ากรณีใดๆ ซึ่งรวมถึงแต่ไม่จำกัดเพียง การเสียหายซึ่งประโยชน์ การสูญเสียสิ่งที่คาดหวัง การชดใช้ค่าเสียหายเชิงลงโทษ ทางอ้อม กรณีพิเศษ โดยบังเอิญ โดยประการสำคัญ หรือเพื่อความเสียหายอย่างใดๆ และบรรดาข้อเรียกร้องที่รวมถึงความเสียหายทางตรง ทางอ้อม ต่อบุคคลที่สาม หรือความเสียหายอื่นใดที่เกิดจากหรือเกี่ยวข้องกับแคมเปญนี้
- โดยการเข้าร่วมในแคมเปญนี้ ผู้บริโภคตกลงและยอมรับว่าผู้ใช้ได้อ่านทำความเข้าใจและตกลงที่จะผูกพันตามข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขเหล่านี้ นอกจากนี้ผู้บริโภคทราบว่าคุณได้อ่านและทำความเข้าใจก่อนหน้านี้และยินยอมให้เก็บ รวบรวม ใช้ และเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลตามที่กำหนดไว้ข้างต้นและเป็นไปตามประกาศความเป็นส่วนตัวของแกร็บ ผู้บริโภคยังรับทราบและตกลงที่จะผูกพันตามข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขและการตัดสินใจของแกร็บ โดยไม่มีข้อจำกัด ผู้ใช้ยอมรับว่าการพิจารณาและตัดสินใจทั้งหมดจากแกร็บจะถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุดและเด็ดขาด
- รูปภาพที่ใช้บนสื่อ ใช้เพื่อการโฆษณาเท่านั้น
- ข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายของประเทศไทยและเขตอำนาจศาลที่ไม่ผูกขาดของศาลไทย
