ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขโครงการ GrabScholar
เมื่อสมัครเข้าร่วมโครงการ GrabScholar ซึ่งจัดขึ้นโดย Grab ร่วมกับ มูลนิธิยุวพัฒน์ และ/หรือพันธมิตรอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ถือว่าท่านได้อ่าน เข้าใจ และตกลงยอมรับเงื่อนไขสำคัญต่าง ๆ ทั้งหมดดังต่อไปนี้:
1. คุณสมบัติผู้สมัครและความถูกต้องของข้อมูล
ผู้มีสิทธิ์เข้าร่วมโครงการต้องมีสัญชาติไทย มีภูมิลำเนาอยู่ในประเทศไทย และมีคุณสมบัติตรงตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดในแต่ละประเภทของทุน กรุณาตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าข้อมูลที่กรอกในใบสมัครถูกต้องและครบถ้วน Grab และมูลนิธิยุวพัฒน์จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความสูญเสีย ความเสียหาย หรือข้อผิดพลาดที่เกิดจากการให้ข้อมูลที่ไม่ถูกต้องหรือไม่ครบถ้วน
- สำหรับทุนการศึกษา (4 ปี) (ทุนการศึกษาเต็มจำนวน ประกอบด้วย ค่าเล่าเรียนตามจริง สูงสุดไม่เกิน 54,400 บาทต่อปี และค่าใช้จ่าย 73,000 บาท ต่อปี จำนวน 6 ทุน):
- เป็นนักศึกษาสัญชาติไทยระดับปริญญาตรีชั้นปีที่ 1 ในปีการศึกษา 2569
- กำลังศึกษาในสาขาวิชาด้าน บริหารธุรกิจ, STEM (วิทยาศาสตร์ เทคโนโลยี วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ และคณิตศาสตร์) หรือ ความยั่งยืน
- ไม่รวม สาขาแพทยศาสตร์หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการแพทย์
- มีผลการเรียนเฉลี่ยสะสม (GPA) ระดับชั้นมัธยมปลาย มากกว่า 2.5
- สำหรับทุนอุปกรณ์การเรียน (มูลค่า 1,500 บาท ต่อทุน จำนวน 300 ทุน):
- เป็นนักเรียนสัญชาติไทยที่ศึกษาในระดับชั้นตั้งแต่อนุบาลจนถึงมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย
ทั้งนี้ จำนวนเงินทุนการศึกษา (4 ปี) และทุนอุปกรณ์การเรียนข้างต้นอาจเปลี่ยนแปลงได้ตามอัตราแลกเปลี่ยน โดยทุนการศึกษา (4 ปี) ประกอบด้วย ค่าเล่าเรียนตามจริงต่อปีสูงสุดไม่เกินประมาณ 1,700 ดอลลาร์สหรัฐ ค่าใช้จ่ายต่อปีประมาณ 2,290 ดอลลาร์สหรัฐ และทุนอุปกรณ์การเรียนประมาณ 47 ดอลลาร์สหรัฐต่อคน
รายละเอียด เงื่อนไข และขั้นตอนการให้ทุน ระยะเวลาและวิธีการชำระเงิน และเอกสารที่จำเป็นทั้งหมดจะเป็นไปตามที่ Grab และ/หรือมูลนิธิยุวพัฒน์ และ/หรือพันธมิตรอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้องกำหนด
2. ระยะเวลาการสมัครและประกาศผล
- ระยะเวลาสมัคร: 1 กรกฎาคม 2569 เวลา 00.01 น. ถึง 31 กรกฎาคม 2569 เวลา 23.59 น.
- การสัมภาษณ์ (เฉพาะทุนการศึกษา (4 ปี)): 20 สิงหาคม – 4 กันยายน 2569 โดยผู้ผ่านการคัดเลือกจะได้รับการติดต่อโดยตรงเพื่อนัดสัมภาษณ์ในวันและเวลาที่กำหนด
- ประกาศผลทุน: 23 กันยายน 2569
ผู้ที่ได้รับทุนจะได้รับการติดต่อจาก Grab และ/หรือมูลนิธิยุวพัฒน์ผ่านโทรศัพท์และ/หรืออีเมล และต้องยืนยันการรับทุนภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
หากผู้ผ่านการคัดเลือกหรือผู้ที่ได้รับทุนไม่มาสัมภาษณ์หรือยืนยันการรับทุนภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด ถือว่าสละสิทธิ์การรับทุน
3. การตัดสินถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด
การพิจารณาและคัดเลือกผู้ที่ได้รับทุนให้เป็นไปตามดุลพินิจและการตัดสินของ Grab มูลนิธิยุวพัฒน์ และ/หรือพันธมิตรที่เกี่ยวข้องแต่เพียงผู้เดียว การตัดสินใจใด ๆ ของ Grab มูลนิธิยุวพัฒน์ และ/หรือพันธมิตรที่เกี่ยวข้อง เกี่ยวกับคุณสมบัติ การพิจารณา การให้ทุน หรือขั้นตอนและรายละเอียดต่าง ๆ ทั้งหมดภายใต้โครงการ หรือข้อพิพาทใด ๆ ถือเป็นที่สุดในทุกกรณี ไม่สามารถอุทธรณ์หรือคัดค้านได้
4. การสละสิทธิ์และข้อจำกัดความรับผิด
โดยการสมัครเข้าร่วมโครงการ ผู้สมัครตกลงสละสิทธิ์ในการเรียกร้องค่าเสียหายหรือความรับผิดใด ๆ จาก Grab มูลนิธิยุวพัฒน์ หรือพันธมิตรที่เกี่ยวข้อง ไม่ว่าจะเกิดจากการสมัคร การพิจารณา การได้รับ หรือการใช้ประโยชน์จากทุนการศึกษา/ทุนอุปกรณ์การเรียน หรือเหตุสุดวิสัยใด ๆ รวมถึงข้อผิดพลาดทางเทคนิค การสื่อสาร หรือการดำเนินการอื่น ๆ ที่อาจเกิดขึ้นทั้งหมด
5. การเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ และเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
โดยการส่งใบสมัครของคุณ ถือว่าคุณยินยอมให้ Grab มูลนิธิยุวพัฒน์ และ/หรือพันธมิตรที่เกี่ยวข้อง เก็บรวบรวม ใช้ และเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลตามวัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการ รวมถึงเพื่อการตรวจสอบคุณสมบัติ ติดตามผล และประชาสัมพันธ์
6. การเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือยุติโครงการ
Grab ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลง แก้ไข ระงับ หรือยุติโครงการ จำนวนและประเภทของทุน เกณฑ์คุณสมบัติ ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไข และ/หรือขั้นตอนต่าง ๆ ได้โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า และไม่จำเป็นต้องให้เหตุผลในการดำเนินการดังกล่าว
7. การเพิกถอนสิทธิ์หรือการยกเลิกทุน
Grab และพันธมิตรขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเพิกถอนสิทธิ์ในการรับทุนหรือเรียกคืนทุนในกรณีที่พบว่าผู้ได้รับทุนให้ข้อมูลอันเป็นเท็จ มีพฤติกรรมไม่เหมาะสม หรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขใด ๆ ที่ Grab มูลนิธิยุวพัฒน์ และ/หรือพันธมิตรที่เกี่ยวข้องกำหนด
8. การใช้ชื่อหรือภาพถ่ายเพื่อการประชาสัมพันธ์
ผู้สมัครที่ได้รับทุนยินยอมให้ Grab และพันธมิตรใช้ชื่อ รูปภาพ และเรื่องราวของตนเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการประชาสัมพันธ์โครงการ โดยไม่ต้องจ่ายค่าตอบแทนเพิ่มเติม
9. ข้อตกลงในการผูกพันตามเงื่อนไข
โดยการสมัครเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมนี้ ถือว่าผู้สมัครได้อ่าน เข้าใจ และตกลงที่จะผูกพันตามข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขทั้งหมด รวมถึงการให้ความยินยอมในการเก็บ ใช้ และเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลตามวัตถุประสงค์ที่ระบุไว้ข้างต้น ทั้งนี้ Grab ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการแก้ไขข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขของโครงการโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า และผู้สมัครตกลงที่จะผูกพันตามการเปลี่ยนแปลงดังกล่าว
ผู้สมัครตกลงที่จะยอมรับการตัดสินของ Grab โดยไม่มีข้อจำกัดหรือข้อโต้แย้งใด ๆ และยอมรับว่าคำตัดสินดังกล่าวถือเป็นที่สุดและเด็ดขาด
10. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ
ข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้อยู่ภายใต้บังคับของกฎหมายไทย และอยู่ภายใต้เขตอำนาจศาลไทยที่ไม่ผูกขาด

GrabScholar Program Terms & Conditions
By applying for the GrabScholar program, organized by Grab in collaboration with the Yuvabadhana Foundation and/or other relevant partners, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all following terms and conditions:
1. Applicant Eligibility and Accuracy of Information
Eligible applicants must be Thai citizens residing in Thailand and must meet the specific criteria for each type of scholarship. Please ensure that all information provided in the application is complete and accurate. Grab and the Yuvabadhana Foundation shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or error resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the applicant.
4-Year University Scholarship (Full scholarship covering actual tuition fees up to a maximum of THB 54,400 per year and annual allowance of THB 73,000, totaling 6 scholarships):
- Must be a Thai national and a first-year undergraduate student in the academic year 2026
- Must be enrolled in a field related to Business, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), or Sustainability
- Excludes programs related to Medicine or medical-related fields
- Must have a minimum GPA above 2.5 from upper secondary school
For Education Equipment Grants (Valued at THB 1,500 per recipient, totaling 300 grants):
- Must be a Thai national currently studying at any level from kindergarten to upper secondary school.
4-Year University Scholarship and Education Equipment Grant amounts are subject to change due to currency exchange rates. The 4-Year University Scholarship consists of actual tuition fees up to a maximum of approximately USD 1,700 per year and an allowance valued at approximately USD 2,290 per year per recipient, and the Education Equipment Grants is approximately USD 47 per recipient.
All detailed awarding of scholarship, conditions, or grant process, payment terms and methods, and required documents shall be as prescribed by Grab and/or the Yuvabadhana Foundation and/or relevant partners.
2. Application Timeline and Result Announcement
- Application Period: From 1 July 2026 at 00:01 to 31 July 2026 at 23:59
- Interview (for 4-Year University Scholarship applicants only): 20 August – 4 September 2026. Shortlisted applicants will be contacted directly to schedule an interview for a specified date and time.
- Announcement of Results: 23 September 2026
Recipients will be contacted directly by Grab and/or Yuvabadhana Foundation via phone and/or email and must confirm acceptance of the scholarship within the designated time frame
Shortlisted applicants and selected recipients must attend scheduled interviews and confirm acceptance within the designated timeframe. Failure to do so will result in the automatic forfeiture of the scholarship.
3. Finality of Decisions
The consideration and selection of recipients shall be the sole discretion and decision of Grab and/or the Yuvabadhana Foundation and/or relevant partners. All decisions made by Grab, the Yuvabadhana Foundation, and/or partners regarding eligibility, selection, and awarding of scholarships or grants or all procedures and details under the program or any dispute are final and not subject to appeal or objection.
4. Waiver and Limitation of Liability
By submitting an application, applicants agree to waive any claims for compensation or liability against Grab, the Yuvabadhana Foundation, or its partners arising from the application, selection, award, or use of scholarships or grants, including any force majeure events, technical issues, or operational errors.
5. Collection, Use, and Disclosure of Personal Data
By submitting your application, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data by Grab, the Yuvabadhana Foundation, and/or relevant partners for purposes related to the program, including eligibility verification, selection, progress monitoring, and promotional activities.
6. Modification or Termination of the Program
Grab reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the program, including the number and types of scholarships, eligibility criteria, terms and conditions, and/or any part of the process, at any time without prior notice or explanation.
7. Disqualification or Revocation of Scholarships
Grab and its partners reserve the right to disqualify any applicant or revoke a scholarship if false information is provided, misconduct is found, or program terms prescribed by Grab, the Yuvabadhana Foundation, and/or relevant partners are violated.
8. Use of Name and Image for Publicity
Scholarship recipients agree to allow Grab and its partners to use their name, image, and story for promotional purposes related to the program without additional compensation.
9. Binding Agreement
By applying, the applicant confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions, including the consent to collect, use, and disclose their personal data for the purposes outlined above. Grab reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, and applicants agree to be bound by any such changes.
The applicant agrees to accept all decisions made by Grab without limitation or dispute, and such decisions shall be final and binding.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

- การให้ข้อมูลเท็จหรือมีพฤติกรรมไม่เหมาะสมอาจนำไปสู่การตัดสิทธิ์หรือเพิกถอนทุน
- ผู้ได้รับทุนยินยอมให้ใช้ชื่อ ภาพถ่าย หรือเรื่องราวเพื่อการประชาสัมพันธ์โดยไม่ต้องจ่ายค่าตอบแทน
- การสมัครถือเป็นการตกลงผูกพันตามข้อกำหนดของโครงการ
- โครงการอยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายไทยและศาลไทยมีเขตอำนาจไม่ผูกขาด
- ผู้สมัครจะปฏิบัติตามรายละเอียดข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขฉบับเต็มทั้งหมด

- All decisions made by Grab and its partners are final and binding
- Your personal data may be collected, used, and disclosed for program purposes in accordance with the privacy policy
- Grab reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time without prior notice
- Providing false information or engaging in misconduct may result in disqualification or revocation of the award
- Recipients agree to allow the use of their name, photo, or story for publicity purposes without additional compensation
- Application constitutes agreement to be bound by the program’s terms and conditions
- This program is governed by Thai law and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Thai courts
- Applicants agree to comply with the full terms & conditions of the program
