เงื่อนไขการร่วมกิจกรรม 

กิจกรรม “Pepsi The Box June Campaign – F1” จัดขึ้นโดย บริษัท ซันโทรี่ เป๊ปซี่โค เบเวอเรจ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด และ บริษัท ยัม เรสเทอรองตส์ อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

ระยะเวลาร่วมกิจกรรม

การจัดกิจกรรมนี้มีระยะเวลาตั้งแต่วันที่ 28 พฤษภาคม 2569 เวลา 00.01 น. ถึง วันที่ 24 มิถุนายน 2569 เวลา 23.59 น. 

*สงวนสิทธิ์ของรางวัลให้กับผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมที่ทำถูกต้องตามเงื่อนไขและข้อตกลงเท่านั้น”

เงื่อนไขและรายละเอียดการร่วมกิจกรรม

  1. วิธีการและช่องทางการร่วมกิจกรรม

1.1 ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมที่ซื้อสินค้าที่ร่วมรายการ ได้แก่ เป๊ปซี่ พร้อมชุดเดอะบอกซ์ ต่อไปนี้ เดอะบอกซ์ ซิกเนเจอร์, เดอะบอกซ์ ออลไรซ์, เดอะบอกซ์ ออลไรซ์ ข้าวไก่กรอบ

เขียวหวาน, เดอะบอกซ์ ออลสตาร์ และเดอะบอกซ์ ออลอีซี่ จาก KFC ทั้งหน้าร้าน และผ่านทางออนไลน์ หรือเดลิเวอร์รี่ ตั้งแต่วันที่ 28 พฤษภาคม 2569 เวลา 00.01 น. ถึง วันที่ 24 มิถุนายน 2569 เวลา 23.59 น.  

1.2  ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมจะต้องลงทะเบียนผ่านทาง LINE @pepsipromotion โดยผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมต้องกดเพิ่มเพื่อน และลงทะเบียนใน Line @pepsipromotion โดยการกรอกข้อมูลส่วนตัว ได้แก่ ชื่อและนามสกุล, อายุ, อาชีพ, เบอร์โทรศัพท์, จังหวัด, เลขที่ใบเสร็จรับเงิน และ ทีม F1 ที่ชอบพร้อมทั้งแสดงเหตุผล แล้วถ่ายรูปใบเสร็จรับเงินของสินค้าตามข้อ 1.1 โดยจะต้องเห็นรายละเอียดของสินค้าอย่างชัดเจน จากนั้นอัปโหลดส่งผ่านทาง Line ดังกล่าว (ฟรีไม่เสียค่าบริการในการส่งร่วมกิจกรรม) สำหรับรูปใบเสร็จที่ถ่ายไม่ชัดเจนถือว่าเป็นโมฆะและใช้ไม่ได้ทันที ใบเสร็จรับเงินที่สามารถนำมาร่วมกิจกรรมนี้จะต้องเป็นใบเสร็จที่มีรายการเป็นใบกำกับภาษีอย่างย่อ หรืออย่างเต็มตามที่กรมสรรพากรกำหนด ซึ่งพิมพ์ออกจากระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ของร้าน KFC ทั่วประเทศเท่านั้น และต้องส่งข้อมูลเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมภายในวันที่ 28 พฤษภาคม 2569 เวลา 00.01 น. ถึง วันที่ 24 มิถุนายน 2569 เวลา 23.59 น. (สงวนสิทธิ์มอบของรางวัลให้กับผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมที่ทำถูกต้องตามเงื่อนไขและข้อตกลงเท่านั้น)

1.3 1 ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมจะได้รับสิทธิ์ในการลุ้นรางวัล 1 สิทธิ์ ต่อ 1 ใบเสร็จรับเงิน  กรณีที่ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมซื้อสินค้าตามข้อ 1.1 หลายใบเสร็จ จะต้องทำการลงทะเบียนใบเสร็จใหม่ทุกครั้ง โดยมีหมายเลขที่ต่างจากใบเสร็จที่ได้ลงทะเบียนก่อนหน้านี้

 

สินค้าต่างๆ ที่ร่วมกิจกรรม 

  1. สินค้าที่เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม เป๊ปซี่ พร้อมชุดเดอะบอกซ์ ต่อไปนี้ เดอะบอกซ์ ซิกเนเจอร์, เดอะบอกซ์ ออลไรซ์, เดอะบอกซ์ ออลไรซ์ ข้าวไก่กรอบเขียวหวาน, เดอะบอกซ์ ออลสตาร์ และเดอะบอกซ์ ออลอีซี่
  2. สาขาที่ไม่ร่วมรายการ ได้แก่ ท่าอากาศยานดอนเมือง และท่าอากาศยานสุวรรณภูมิ 
  3. ภาพอาหารและภาชนะที่ปรากฏเป็นภาพเพื่อการโฆษณาเท่านั้น 
  4. KFC ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการคัดเลือกชิ้นไก่ตามความเหมาะสมของแต่ละสาขา 
  5. เลขที่ใบเสร็จใดที่ได้นำมาร่วมกิจกรรมแล้วจะไม่สามารถนำมาส่งซ้ำได้อีก 
  6. ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมจะต้องเก็บรักษาใบเสร็จฉบับจริงที่มีสภาพสมบูรณ์ และสามารถมองเห็นรายละเอียดเลขที่ใบเสร็จกับรายละเอียดของสินค้าที่ซื้อได้อย่างครบถ้วนไว้เป็นหลักฐานในการรับรางวัล โดยต้องเป็นใบเสร็จฉบับเดียวกันกับที่ถ่ายรูปและอัปโหลดส่งเข้ามาในระบบ LINE @pepsipromotion 
  7. ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมต้องเป็นบุคคลสัญชาติไทย ที่มีอายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไป ไม่จำกัดเพศ การศึกษา มีที่อยู่ในประเทศไทย และมีบัญชีผู้ใช้ไลน์ เป็นของตัวเอง

รายละเอียดของรางวัล การจับรางวัล และ การประกาศผู้ได้รับรางวัล 

เมื่อครบกำหนดระยะเวลาร่วมกิจกรรม บริษัทฯ จะทำการดึงข้อมูลของผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมซึ่งทำถูกต้องครบถ้วนตามเงื่อนไขและรายละเอียดการร่วมกิจกรรมออกมาจากฐานข้อมูล LINE @pepsipromotion และจัดพิมพ์ชื่อ-นามสกุล เบอร์โทรศัพท์ และเลขที่ใบเสร็จรับเงิน ลงบนกระดาษ นำมาใส่ภาชนะที่มองเห็นได้อย่างชัดเจน แล้วใช้วิธีคลุกเคล้าชิ้นส่วนทั้งหมดให้ทั่วกัน แล้วจับรางวัลที่ บริษัท ลัคกี้วัน กรุ๊ป จำกัด ศูนย์การค้าเออร์เบิน สแควร์ เลขที่ 332 ห้อง A11 – A12 ชั้น 2 อาคาร A ถนนประชาชื่น แขวงทุ่งสองห้อง เขตหลักสี่ กรุงเทพฯ 10210 โดยบริษัทฯ หรือตัวแทนที่ได้รับมอบหมายในวันที่ 26 มิถุนายน 2569 เวลา 10.00 น. พร้อมทั้งอ่านรายชื่อผู้ได้รับรางวัลในแต่ละรางวัลให้ทุกๆ ท่านที่มาร่วมงานได้ทราบโดยทั่วกัน จากนั้นประกาศรายชื่อผู้ได้รับรางวัลผ่านทางบัญชี LINE @Pepsipromotion ในวันที่ 29 มิถุนายน 2569 เวลา 18.00 น. เป็นต้นไป โดยรางวัลมีรายละเอียดดังนี้

     รางวัลที่ 1  แพ็คเกจเข้าชมการแข่งขัน FORMULA 1 ETIHAD AIRWAYS ABU DHABI GRAND PRIX 2026 รอบสุดท้าย ณ เมืองอาบูดาบี สหรัฐอาหรับเอมิเรตส์ มูลค่า 276,165 บาท (มูลค่า 8,500 ดอลลาร์สหรัฐ ณ วันที่ 28 เมษายน 2569) จำนวน 1 รางวัล สำหรับ 2 ที่นั่ง (เดินทางธันวาคม 2569) รวมค่าตั๋วเครื่องบิน ค่าที่พัก และบัตรเข้าชมการแข่งขัน FORMULA 1 ETIHAD AIRWAYS ABU DHABI GRAND PRIX 2026 (ตั๋วที่นั่งบนอัฒจันทร์ จำนวน 2 ที่นั่ง) แต่ไม่รวมค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกี่ยวกับการทำวีซ่าในการเดินทางและค่าใช้จ่ายส่วนตัวซึ่งผู้ได้รับรางวัลและผู้ติดตามต้องเป็นผู้ชำระด้วยค่าใช้จ่ายของตนเอง)

      รางวัลที่ 2  เสื้อยืดลิขสิทธิ์ F1 มูลค่า 1,128.05 บาท จำนวน 150 รางวัล รวมมูลค่า 169,207.50 บาท (มูลค่า 35 ดอลลาร์สหรัฐ ณ วันที่  8 พ.ค.2569) 

      รางวัลที่ 3 หมวกแก๊ปลิขสิทธิ์ F1 มูลค่า 966.90 บาท จำนวน 50 รางวัล รวมมูลค่า 48,345 บาท (มูลค่า 30 ดอลลาร์สหรัฐ ณ วันที่  8 พ.ค.2569) 

      รางวัลที่ 4 แก้วน้ำ Tumbler ลิขสิทธิ์ F1 มูลค่า 805.75 บาท จำนวน 100 รางวัล รวมมูลค่า 80,575 บาท (มูลค่า 25 ดอลลาร์สหรัฐ ณ วันที่  8 พ.ค.2569) 

รวมจำนวนรางวัลตลอดรายการ 301 รางวัล รวมมูลค่าทั้งสิ้น 574,292.50 บาท 

(ห้าแสนเจ็ดหมื่นสี่พันสองร้อยเก้าสิบสองบาทห้าสิบสตางค์ถ้วน)

โดยไม่มีเงินสดเป็นส่วนประกอบ

 

การรับของรางวัล

  1. ผู้ได้รับรางวัลที่ 2 – 4 จะได้รับรางวัล ภายใน 7-14 วันทำการ นับจากวันยืนยันสิทธิ์รับรางวัล ทั้งนี้ ผู้ได้รับรางวัลสามารถยืนยันสิทธิ์รับรางวัลภายในวันที่ 29 กรกฎาคม 2569 เวลา 10:00 น. – 18:00 น. โดยสามารถยืนยันรับรางวัลได้ผ่านทาง LINE @pepsipromotion โดยแสดงข้อมูลของการลงทะเบียนและหลักฐานตรงตามที่ประกาศผลรายชื่อผู้ได้รับรางวัล   
  2. หากผู้ได้รับรางวัลไม่ยืนยันสิทธิ์การรับรางวัลพร้อมทั้งแสดงหลักฐานตามที่บริษัทฯ ร้องขอให้ครบถ้วนตามวิธีการที่กำหนดไว้ ภายในวันและเวลาตามที่กำหนดไม่ว่าโดยเหตุใดๆ ก็ตาม หรือตรวจพบว่าคุณสมบัติของผู้ได้รับรางวัลไม่ครบถ้วนสมบูรณ์ หรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขการร่วมกิจกรรม หรือตรวจสอบพบการทุจริต ปลอมแปลง ฉ้อฉลเพื่อให้ได้มาซึ่งสิทธิ์ในกิจกรรมนี้  ถือว่าผู้ได้รับรางวัลสละสิทธิ์ในการรับรางวัลโดยไม่ต้องบอกกล่าวใดๆ อีก บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการมอบรางวัลดังกล่าวให้แก่ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมท่านอื่นในลำดับถัดไปภายใต้หลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการของบริษัทฯ 
  3. ผู้ได้รับรางวัลที่ 1 จะต้องยืนยันสิทธิ์ในการรับรางวัล โดยต้องนำหลักฐานอันได้แก่ สำเนารับรองถูกต้องบัตรประจำตัวประชาชน, ใบเสร็จรับเงินหรือใบกำกับภาษีอย่างย่อ (ฉบับจริง) ที่ลงทะเบียน เพื่อขอรับรางวัลด้วยตนเองที่ บริษัท ลัคกี้วันกรุ๊ป จำกัด เลขที่ 3/16 โครงการคิวบิส ซอยนนทบุรี 48 ถนนสนามบินน้ำ ตำบลท่าทราย อำเภอเมือง นนทบุรี 11000 (ตัวแทนของบริษัทฯ) ภายในวันและเวลาทำการ (จันทร์ – ศุกร์) เวลา 10:00 น. – 18:00 น. ตั้งแต่วันที่ วันที่ 30 มิถุนายน 2569 – วันที่ 29 กรกฎาคม 2569 
  4. ผู้ได้รับรางวัลที่ 2-4 ตัวแทนของบริษัทฯ จะส่งของรางวัลให้ตามที่อยู่ที่ผู้ได้รับรางวัลระบุไว้ในขั้นตอนการการยืนยันสิทธิ์รับรางวัล  บริษัทฯ ไม่รับผิดชอบต่อการสูญเสียใดๆ กรณีที่ไม่สามารถส่งของรางวัลได้เนื่องจากข้อมูลของสถานที่อยู่ หรือข้อมูลอื่นใดที่ผู้ได้รับรางวัลได้ให้ไว้ไม่ถูกต้อง รวมถึงไม่รับผิดชอบกรณีที่ของรางวัลเสียหายจากการจัดส่ง โดยผู้ได้รับรางวัลไม่มีสิทธิ์เรียกร้องค่าเสียหายใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น
  5. บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ให้รางวัลเฉพาะแก่ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรม/ผู้ได้รับรางวัล 1 ชื่อต่อ 1 รางวัล ซึ่งเป็นผู้มีคุณสมบัติและยอมรับและปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขของบริษัทฯ รวมทั้งเป็นผู้ที่สามารถรับโอนกรรมสิทธิ์ในของรางวัลได้ถูกต้องตามกฎหมายเท่านั้น 
  6. บริษัทฯ มีสิทธิ์ที่จะระงับหรือเรียกคืนรางวัลได้โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า ในกรณีที่ตรวจสอบพบว่าผู้ได้รับรางวัลมีคุณสมบัติไม่ถูกต้องครบถ้วน หรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขที่บริษัทฯ กำหนด หรือไม่สามารถรับโอนของรางวัลได้ตามขั้นตอนที่กฎหมายกำหนด บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการมอบรางวัลดังกล่าวให้แก่ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมท่านอื่นในลำดับถัดไป และ/หรือบริจาคให้องค์กรสาธารณกุศลภายใต้หลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการของบริษัทฯ 
  7. ของรางวัลไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลง หรือแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสด หรือเปลี่ยนเป็นสิทธิประโยชน์อื่นใดทุกกรณี และไม่สามารถโอนสิทธิ์ให้แก่บุคคลอื่นไม่ว่ากรณีใดๆ 
  8. ผู้โชคดีที่ได้รับรางวัลจะต้องดำเนินการขอวีซ่า และจัดเตรียมเอกสารสำหรับการเดินทางด้วยตนเอง  และขอสงวนสิทธิ์เฉพาะผู้ที่ขอวีซ่าเข้าประเทศ โดยผ่านการอนุมัติเข้าประเทศเท่านั้น  ผู้โชคดีต้องแสดง eligible passport & VISA ภายใน 1 เดือนล่วงหน้าก่อนเดินทาง ไม่อย่างนั้นถือว่าสละสิทธิ์ ให้ผู้โชคดีท่านถัดไป
  9. บริษัท ซันโทรี่ เป๊ปซี่โค เบเวอเรจ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด และ บริษัท ยัม เรสเทอรองตส์ อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลง แก้ไข เพิ่มเติม และ/หรือยกเลิกเงื่อนไขและกติกาใดๆ ได้ตามความเหมาะสม โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า ทั้งนี้ คำตัดสินของบริษัทฯ ถือเป็นเด็ดขาดและสิ้นสุดโดยไม่มีข้อโต้แย้งใดๆ 

 

ข้อตกลงอื่นๆ

  1. ผู้ได้รับรางวัลมูลค่าตั้งแต่ 1,000 บาท ขึ้นไป จะต้องถูกหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย 5 % โดยชำระเป็นเงินสด ทั้งนี้ค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นใดที่นอกเหนือจากรางวัลดังกล่าว หรือที่นอกเหนือจากรางวัลแพ็กเกจทัวร์ ผู้ได้รับรางวัลจะต้องรับผิดชอบด้วยค่าใช้จ่ายของตนเอง 
  2. ผู้ได้รับรางวัลที่ 1 และผู้ติดตามจะต้องมีหนังสือเดินทางที่มีอายุคงเหลือมากกว่า 6 เดือนขึ้นไปในวันที่เดินทาง
  3. บริษัทฯ ไม่รับประกันความพึงพอใจในของรางวัล รวมทั้งจะไม่รับผิดชอบใดๆ เกี่ยวกับคุณภาพของรางวัล และความสูญหาย หรือเสียหายที่อาจเกิดขึ้นกับของรางวัล และ/หรือเนื่องจากของรางวัลไม่ว่าจะด้วยสาเหตุใด รวมถึงแต่ไม่จำกัดเพียงความสูญหายและเสียหายจากการขนส่งหรือส่งมอบของรางวัล
  4. เมื่อมีการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมนี้ถือว่าผู้ร่วมกิจกรรม/ผู้ได้รับรางวัลได้ทำความเข้าใจรายละเอียดและตกลงยอมรับข้อกำหนดกับเงื่อนไขรวมทั้งยินยอมปฏิบติตามข้อตกลงของกิจกรรมที่ระบุไว้ทุกประการ รวมทั้งยินยอมและให้ความร่วมมือในกิจกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง และลงนามในเอกสารใดๆ ตามกฎหมายในรูปแบบที่ทางบริษัทฯ กำหนด ทั้งนี้ การตกลงยอมรับและให้ความยินยอมดังกล่าวให้หมายความรวมถึงการให้ความยินยอมตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 และกฎหมายลำดับรองที่ออกภายใต้พระราชบัญญัติฉบับนี้ (“พ.ร.บ.คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลฯ”) โดยหากบริษัทฯ ไม่สามารถอาศัยฐานทางกฎหมายอื่น และจำเป็นต้องเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ และ/หรือเปิดเผย และ/หรือโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ร่วมกิจกรรม/ผู้ได้รับรางวัลโดยอาศัยความยินยอม บริษัทฯ จะดำเนินการขอความยินยอมดังกล่าวเพิ่มเติมแล้วแต่กรณี โดยเป็นไปตามพ.ร.บ.คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลฯ
  5. การตัดสินของคณะกรรมการถือเป็นเด็ดขาดและที่สิ้นสุด และไม่สามารถโต้แย้ง หรือเปลี่ยนแปลงได้ ไม่ว่าทางใดๆ 
  6. หากพบว่ามีการทุจริตหรือฉ้อฉลเกิดขึ้น หรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดไม่ว่าในกรณีใดๆ จะตัดสิทธิ์การเข้าร่วมการจับรางวัลหรือรับของรางวัลโดยทันที โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้าและจะดำเนินคดีตามกฎหมายอย่างถึงที่สุด 
  7. ผู้จัดกิจกรรมสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไข รายละเอียดการร่วมกิจกรรม ข้อตกลงอื่นๆ สิทธิประโยชน์ รวมถึงของรางวัลในกิจกรรมนี้ได้ โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า และไม่ต้องได้รับความยินยอมจากผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมแต่อย่างใด
  8. พนักงาน และบุคคลในครอบครัวของพนักงาน Suntory PepsiCo Beverage (Thailand) Co., Ltd, PepsiCo Service Asia Ltd, Pepsi-Cola (Thai) Trading Co., ltd, บริษัท ยัม เรสเทอรองตส์ อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด, บริษัท เดอะ คิวเอสอาร์ ออฟ เอเชีย จำกัด, บริษัท เซ็นทรัล เรสตอรองส์ กรุ๊ป จำกัด, บริษัท เรสเทอรองตส์ ดีเวลลอปเม้นท์ จำกัด, บริษัท ลัคกี้วันกรุ๊ป จำกัด หรือตัวแทนของบริษัทฯ รวมถึงผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องในกิจกรรมนี้ ไม่มีสิทธิ์เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมและรับรางวัล 
  9. บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิในการพิจารณาตัวตนจริงของผู้ได้รับรางวัล (ทั้งก่อนหรือภายหลังการให้รางวัล) ได้ ไม่ว่าจะใช้บัญชีLINE @pepsipromotion ชื่อบัญชีใดก็ตาม  หรือใช้เบอร์โทรศัพท์กี่เบอร์ก็ตาม
  10. บริษัทฯ จะพิจารณาใบเสร็จรับเงินซึ่งเป็นใบกำกับภาษีอย่างย่อหรืออย่างเต็ม ที่พิมพ์ออกจากระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ของร้าน KFC ทั่วประเทศ เท่านั้น
  11. บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงของรางวัลในมูลค่าที่เท่ากัน หรือใกล้เคียงกัน โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า และไม่ต้องได้รับความยินยอมล่วงหน้าจากผู้ร่วมกิจกรรม
  12. รูปของรางวัลที่ปรากฏในข่าวประชาสัมพันธ์ โปสเตอร์ โฆษณา บรรจุภัณฑ์ หรืออื่นใดนั้นเป็นเพียงภาพตัวอย่างเพื่อการโฆษณาเท่านั้น ของรางวัลจริงนั้นอาจแตกต่างไปจากที่ปรากฏได้ 
  13. บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการดำเนินการใด ๆ ที่จำเป็น หากพบหรือสงสัยว่ามีความขัดข้องทางเทคนิคเกี่ยวกับระบบ ไม่ว่าจะเกิดจากเหตุขัดข้องของระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ เซิร์ฟเวอร์ อินเทอร์เน็ต การสื่อสาร หรือปัญหาอื่นใดที่อยู่นอกเหนือการควบคุมของบริษัทฯ  โดยบริษัทฯ มีสิทธิ์ระงับ แก้ไข หรือยุติการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมของผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากเหตุขัดข้องดังกล่าว โดยไม่ต้องรับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายใด ๆ ที่อาจเกิดขึ้น
  14. บริษัทฯ ไม่รับผิดใดๆ ต่อการสูญเสีย หรือเสียหายอันเกิดมาจากเหตุธรรมชาติ การกระทำของภาครัฐ หรือเหตุสุดวิสัยอื่นใดก็ตาม โดยบริษัทฯ ไม่ต้องรับผิดในการชดใช้ค่าทดแทนใดๆ หรือค่าอื่นใดสำหรับการสูญเสียหรือเสียหายดังกล่าว 
  15. บริษัทฯ จะไม่รับผิดชอบใดๆ ต่อการสูญหาย หรือการถูกโจรกรรมข้อมูลของผู้ร่วมกิจกรรม และ/หรือผู้ได้รับรางวัลอันเนื่องจากปัญหาของระบบหรือเทคนิค การใช้ social media หรือจากการกระทำของบุคคลที่สามแต่อย่างใด
  16. กิจกรรมนี้อยู่ภายใต้การบังคับของกฎหมายประเทศไทย หากเกิดข้อขัดแย้งใดๆ ขึ้น ไม่ว่าในกรณีใดก็ตามผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมสละสิทธิ์ทั้งปวงในการเรียกร้องค่าเสียหายทั้งโดยปกติ และเชิงลงโทษ ค่าเสียหายที่เป็นผลโดยตรงจากการผิดสัญญา ค่าเสียหายที่เป็นผลสืบเนื่องจากการผิดสัญญา ค่าทนายความอันสมเหตุสมผล และสิทธิ์ในการรับสิ่งอื่นใดเพื่อเป็นการตอบแทนหรือแทนที่รางวัลเหล่านี้ 
  17. ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมยินยอมให้บริษัทฯ มีสิทธิ์อย่างสมบูรณ์ ในการใช้และ/หรือดัดแปลง แก้ไข ภาพทั้งหมดที่ส่งเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมโดยการอัปโหลดทาง Line และ/หรือช่องทางอื่นๆ ในการสื่อสาร เผยแพร่ ประชาสัมพันธ์ และทำกิจกรรมทางการตลาด หรือโฆษณาผ่านสื่อต่างๆ ตามที่เห็นสมควรได้โดยไม่ต้องขออนุญาตและไม่ต้องจ่ายค่าตอบแทนใดๆ
  18. ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมไม่มีสิทธิ์เรียกร้องค่าตอบแทน ค่าเสียหาย หรือสิ่งใดๆ จากบริษัทฯ ไม่ว่าทางแพ่ง หรือทางอาญา 
  19. หากคณะกรรมการพิจารณาแล้วเห็นว่า ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมท่านใดมิได้ปฎิบัติตามเงื่อนไขและข้อตกลงของกิจกรรม หรือมีเจตนาทำลายการดำเนินกิจกรรม คณะกรรมการมีสิทธิ์แต่เพียงผู้เดียวในการพิจารณามิให้ผู้นั้นเป็นผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมได้ทันที และมีสิทธิ์เปลี่ยนแปลง แก้ไข หรือยกเลิกเงื่อนไข กฎ กติกา และการให้รางวัลตามความเหมาะสมเมื่อใดก็ได้ 
  20. หากบริษัทฯ ได้รับผลจากกฎหมายหรือได้รับคำสั่งจากหน่วยงานใดไม่ว่าจะเป็นหน่วยงานของรัฐหรือเอกชน อันมีผลให้จำต้องเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือยกเลิกการร่วมกิจกรรมดังกล่าว บริษัทฯ มีสิทธิที่จะเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือยกเลิกการร่วมกิจกรรมนี้ได้ทันทีโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
  21. ผู้จัดงานจะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อการสูญเสียข้อมูลใดๆ อันเนื่องมาจากปัญหาของเซิร์ฟเวอร์และความผิดพลาดทางเทคนิคอื่นๆ ที่อาจเกิดขึ้นระหว่างช่วงการร่วมกิจกรรม ในกรณีดังกล่าวผู้จัดงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการตัดสินใจเกี่ยวกับผู้ได้รับรางวัล 
  22. การร่วมกิจกรรมนี้ถือว่าผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมรับทราบถึงพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 และเข้าใจรายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ เปิดเผย และ/หรือโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลตามนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของบริษัท ซันโทรี่ เป๊ปซี่โค เบเวอเรจ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด “บริษัท” ที่ปรากฏบนเว็บไซต์ https://www.suntorypepsico.co.th/corporate/privacy-policy เป็นที่เรียบร้อย โดยการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ เปิดเผย และ/หรือโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมโดยบริษัทฯ จะเป็นไปเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการจัดกิจกรรมนี้ รวมถึงแต่ไม่จำกัดเพียง การสมัคร และการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมของผู้ร่วมกิจกรรม ประชาสัมพันธ์องค์กรและผลิตภัณฑ์ให้แก่ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรม การตรวจสอบเพื่อยืนยันตัวตนของผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมกรณีแลกรับของรางวัล การดำเนินการ และการจัดส่ง หรือส่งมอบของรางวัลสำหรับผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมที่แลกรับของรางวัล การยื่นภาษีและเอกสารต่างๆ ตามเงื่อนไขที่กฎหมายกำหนด การสื่อสารกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง และเจ้าหน้าที่ราชการ (ถ้ามี) และการเผยแพร่รายชื่อ รูปถ่ายของผู้ร่วมกิจกรรม (หากมี) เพื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ธุรกิจของบริษัทฯ และการอื่นๆ อันเกี่ยวข้องกับกิจกรรมนี้โดยบริษัทฯ หรือตัวแทนของบริษัทฯ รวมถึงที่ระบุไว้ในนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของบริษัทฯ นอกจากนี้ บริษัทฯ อาจเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมให้แก่พันธมิตรทางธุรกิจของบริษัทฯ รวมถึง (1) บริษัทในกลุ่ม หรือบริษัทในเครือของบริษัทฯ และ (2) บุคคลหรือบริษัทอื่น ๆ ที่บริษัทฯ มีข้อสัญญาผูกพัน รวมถึงแต่ไม่จำกัดเพียงบริษัท เป๊ปซี่โค เซอร์วิสเซส เอเชีย จำกัด เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการทำการตลาดและการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล 
  23. ในกรณีที่ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมเคยให้ความยินยอมแก่บริษัทฯ เพื่อการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ เปิดเผย และ/หรือโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ร่วมกิจกรรม หากบริษัทฯ ไม่สามารถอาศัยฐานทางกฎหมายอื่นได้ และประสงค์จะถอนความยินยอมที่ให้ไว้แล้วดังกล่าว ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมสามารถดำเนินการถอนความยินยอมได้ผ่านการติดต่อบริษัทฯ ที่ 88 อาคารเดอะ ปาร์ค ชั้น 15 ถนนรัชดาภิเษก แขวงคลองเตย เขตคลองเตย กรุงเทพมหานคร 10110 หรือ โทรศัพท์ (+66) 2610 2500 หรือติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลได้ที่ dpo@suntorypepsico.com หรือศึกษาข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องเพิ่มเติมได้ผ่านทางนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของบริษัทฯ ที่ https://www.suntorypepsico.co.th/corporate/privacy-policy ทั้งนี้ การถอนความยินยอมย่อมไม่ส่งผลกระทบต่อ การเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ เปิดเผย และ/หรือโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมได้ให้ความยินยอมไปแล้วโดยชอบ การถอนความยินยอมของผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมอาจส่งผลต่อกิจกรรมการประมวลผลบางอย่างที่ต้องอาศัยความยินยอมของผู้ร่วมกิจกรรม และผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมอาจไม่สามารถได้รับบริการของบริษัทฯ ในบางกิจกรรมที่ต้องใช้ความยินยอมของผู้ร่วมกิจกรรม
  24. โปรดทราบว่า หากผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมไม่ได้ให้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ร่วมกิจกรรม บริษัทฯ อาจจะไม่สามารถจัดหาสินค้าหรือให้บริการหรือดำเนินการเงื่อนไขของกิจกรรมนี้ตามที่ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมขอรับบริการได้ หรือไม่สามารถจะปฏิบัติตามภาระหน้าที่ที่มีกับผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมอันเกี่ยวข้องกับเงื่อนไขของกิจกรรมนี้ หรือภาระหน้าที่ตามกฎหมายประการอื่นได้ ทั้งนี้ โดยเป็นไปตามรายละเอียดที่ระบุในนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของบริษัทฯ
  25. บริษัทฯ ไม่มีเจตนาที่จะเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ เปิดเผย และ/หรือโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ละเอียดอ่อนของผู้ร่วมกิจกรรม อย่างไรก็ตาม ในทางปฏิบัติ บริษัทฯ อาจได้รับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ละเอียดอ่อนจากผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมโดยมิอาจหลีกเลี่ยงได้ (เช่น เมื่อเราทำสำเนาหรือสแกนบัตรประชาชนเพื่อใช้ในการยืนยันตัวตน) ดังนั้น จึงขอให้ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมลบ คาดทับ หรือปกปิดข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ละเอียดอ่อน (เช่น ศาสนา) พร้อมลงนามกำกับการคาดทับดังกล่าวก่อนส่งเอกสารให้แก่บริษัทฯ ทั้งนี้ หากผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมมิได้ปกปิดข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ละเอียดอ่อนดังกล่าว บริษัทฯ จะรักษาความปลอดภัยของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ละเอียดอ่อนที่อยู่บนบัตรประจำตัวประชาชน ซึ่งอาจรวมถึงการลบหรือคาดทับข้อมูลดังกล่าวของผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมเท่าที่จำเป็นและไม่ขัดต่อกฎหมาย
  26. หากผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมให้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของบุคคลที่สามใดๆ แก่บริษัทฯ ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมรับรองและยืนยันว่าบุคคลเหล่านั้นได้รับทราบรายละเอียดที่ระบุไว้ตามนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของบริษัทฯ นอกจากนี้ ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมยืนยันว่าได้รับความยินยอมจากบุคคลเหล่านั้น (ในกรณีที่จำเป็น) หรือมีฐานทางกฎหมายอื่น ๆ ในการเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลดังกล่าวแก่บริษัทฯ เพื่อให้บริษัทฯ สามารถเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ เปิดเผย และ/หรือโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของบุคคลที่สามดังกล่าวได้อย่างถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย 
  27. บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิในการเผยแพร่ การใช้ชื่อ และ/หรือ ภาพถ่าย และ/หรือวิดีโอของผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการโฆษณา และ/หรือการประชาสัมพันธ์เพื่อส่งเสริมการขายได้ตามที่เห็นสมควรโดยไม่ต้องบอกกล่าวใดๆ ต่อผู้ร่วมกิจกรรม และผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมไม่มีสิทธิ์ในการร้องขอกรรมสิทธิ์หรือค่าตอบแทนในรูปแบบใดๆ ก็ตาม ทั้งนี้เป็นไปตามนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของบริษัทฯ
  28. กรณีที่ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรม และ/หรือผู้ได้รับรางวัลเป็นบุคคลที่ยังไม่บรรลุนิติภาวะ ต้องได้รับความยินยอมจาก บิดา มารดา หรือผู้ปกครองตามกฎหมายแล้วก่อนเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม และยินยอมที่จะผูกพันตามข้อกำหนด และเงื่อนไขของกิจกรรมนี้ทุกประการ

Terms and Conditions

The “Pepsi The Box June Campaign – F1” activity is organized by Suntory PepsiCo Beverage (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and Yum Restaurants International (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

 

Activity Period

This activity runs from May 28, 2026, at 00:01 AM to June 24, 2026, at 23:59 PM.

*Prizes are reserved only for participants who comply with the terms and conditions.

 

Terms and Details of Participation

  1. Methods and Channels of Participation

1.1 Participants must purchase participating products, Pepsi with The Box set as follows: The Box Set  The Box Signature, The Box All Rice, The Box All Rice Crispy Chicken Green Curry, The Box All Star, and The Box All Easy from KFC, both in-store and online or via delivery. From May 28, 2026, at 00:01 AM to June 24, 2026, at 23:59 PM.

1.2 Participants must register via LINE @pepsipromotion. Participants must add the LINE account as a friend and register by filling in their personal information including name and surname, age, occupation, phone number, province, receipt number, and favorite F1 team along with their reason. Then, they must take a clear photo of the receipt for the product mentioned in point 1.1 and upload it via the LINE account (free of charge). Unclear photos of receipts will be considered invalid and cannot be used immediately. Receipts accepted for this activity must be simplified or full tax invoices as specified by the Revenue Department, printed from the KFC computer system nationwide. Participants must submit their information between May 28, 2026, at 00:01 AM and June 24, 2026, at 23:59 PM. (Prizes will only be awarded to participants who correctly follow the terms and conditions.)

1.3 1. Participants will receive one entry per receipt. If a participant purchases items as per point 1.1 with multiple receipts, they must register each receipt anew with a different registration number from those previously registered.

 

Participating Products

  1. Participating products include Pepsi with The Box set as follows: The Box All Rice, The Box All Rice Green Curry Crispy Chicken, The Box All Star, and The Box All Easy.
  2. Branches not participating include Don Mueang Airport. and Suvarnabhumi Airport.
  3. The images of food and containers shown are for advertising purposes only.
  4. KFC reserves the right to select chicken pieces as appropriate for each branch.
  5. Receipt numbers that have already been submitted for this activity cannot be submitted again.
  6. Participants must keep the original, intact receipt with clearly visible receipt number and product details as proof for receiving the prize. It must be the same receipt that was photographed and uploaded to the LINE @pepsipromotion system.
  7. Participants must be Thai nationals aged 18 years or older, regardless of gender or education, residing in Thailand, and have their own LINE account.

 

Prize Details, Prize Draw, and Announcement of Winners

Upon completion of the activity period, the company will retrieve the information of participants who have correctly and completely met the terms and conditions from the LINE @pepsipromotion database. Their full name, phone number, and receipt number will be printed on paper, placed in a clearly visible container, and all chicken pieces will be thoroughly mixed. The prize draw will be held at LuckyOneGroup Co.,Ltd., located at LuckyOneGroup Co., Ltd., Urban Square Shopping Center, 332 Room A11-A12, 2nd Floor, Building A, Prachachuen Road, Thung Song Hong Subdistrict, Lak Si District, Bangkok 10210 , by the company or its authorized representative on June 26, 2026, at 10:00 AM. The names of the winners of each prize will be announced to all attendees. The list of winners will then be announced via the LINE @Pepsipromotion account on June 29, 2026, at 6:00 PM onwards. The prizes are as follows:

1st Prize: A package to watch the FORMULA 1 ETIHAD AIRWAYS ABU DHABI GRAND PRIX 2026, final class seating, in Abu Dhabi, valued at 276,165 Baht (8,500 Baht as of April 28, 2026). (One prize for two cities (travel in December 2026) includes airfare, accommodation, and FORMULA 1 ETIHAD AIRWAYS ABU DHABI GRAND PRIX 2026 tickets (two Grandstand tickets), but excludes visa fees and personal expenses, which must be paid by the winner and winner.)

2nd Prize: F1 Licensed T-shirt, valued at 1,128.05 Baht, 150 prizes, total value 169,207.50 Baht (US$35 as of  May 8, 2026)

3rd Prize: F1 Licensed Baseball Cap, valued at 966.90 Baht, 50 prizes, total value 48,345 Baht (US$30 as of May 8, 2026)

4th Prize: F1 Licensed Tumbler, valued at 805.75 Baht, 100 prizes, total value 80,575 Baht (US$25 as of May 8, 2026)

Total number of prizes 301 prizes, and the total value of the prizes is 574,292.50 Baht (five hundred seventy-four thousand two hundred ninety-two baht and fifty satang). There is no cash component in the prices. 

 

Prize Collection

  1. Winners of prizes 2-4 will receive their prizes within 7-14 business days from the date of prize acceptance confirmation. Winners must confirm their prize acceptance by July 29, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, winners can confirm their prize acceptance via LINE @pepsipromotion by showing their registration information and proof matching the details announced in the winner list.
  2. If a winner fails to confirm their prize acceptance and provide all required proof within the specified timeframe for any reason, or if it is discovered that the winner’s qualifications are incomplete, or they do not comply with the terms and conditions of the activity, or if fraud, falsification, or deception is detected to obtain the prize, the winner will be deemed to have forfeited their right to the prize without further notice. The company reserves the right to award the prize to the next participant under the company’s rules and procedures.
  3. The first prize winner must confirm their prize acceptance by providing the following proof: 1. Submit a certified copy of your National ID card, and the original receipt or simplified tax invoice used for registration to claim your prize in person at LuckyOne Group Co., Ltd., 3/16, Soi Nonthaburi 48, Sanam Bin Nam Road, Tha Sai Subdistrict, Mueang District, Nonthaburi 11000 (Company’s representative) during business hours (Monday – Friday), 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, from June 30, 2026 – July 29, 2026.
  4. For the 2nd-4th prize winners, the Company’s representative will send the prizes to the address specified by the winner during the prize claim confirmation process. The Company is not responsible for any loss in the event that the prize cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information or any other information provided by the winner, nor is the Company responsible for any damage to the prize during delivery. Winners have no right to claim any compensation whatsoever.
  5. The Company reserves the right to award prizes only to one participant/winner per prize, who meets the qualifications and accepts and comply with the Company’s terms and conditions. 6. The company reserves the right to suspend or reclaim the prize without prior notice if it is found that the winner does not meet the eligibility requirements, does not comply with the terms and conditions set by the company, or is unable to receive the prize according to the legal procedures. The company reserves the right to award the prize to the next participant and/or donate it to a charitable organization under the company’s guidelines and methods.
  6. The prize cannot be changed, exchanged for cash, or converted into any other benefits under any circumstances, and cannot be transferred to another person under any circumstances.
  7. The lucky winner must apply for a visa and prepare travel documents themselves. The company reserves the right to award the prize only to those who have obtained visa approval. The lucky winner must present their eligible passport and visa within 1 month prior to travel; otherwise, they will forfeit their right to the prize, which will be awarded to the next lucky winner.
  8. Suntory PepsiCo Beverage (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and Yum Restaurants International (Thailand) Co., Ltd. reserve the right to change, amend, add to, and/or cancel any terms and conditions as deemed appropriate without prior notice. The company’s decision is final. This is final and binding, without any possibility of appeal.

 

Other Agreements

  1. Winners of prizes valued at 1,000 THB or more will be subject to a 5% withholding tax payable in cash. Any other expenses beyond the prize value, or beyond the tour package prize, will be the responsibility of the winner.
  2. The first prize winner and their accompanying person must have passports with at least 6 months of validity remaining on the date of travel.
  3. The company does not guarantee satisfaction with the prizes and will not be liable for any issues regarding the quality of the prizes, or any loss or damage that may occur to the prizes and/or due to the prizes for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to loss and damage during transportation or delivery of the prizes.
  4. 4. By participating in this activity, participants/winners acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions, including abide by all specified agreements, and consent to cooperate in all related activities and sign any legal documents in the format prescribed by the company. This agreement and consent includes consent under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) and subordinate legislation issued under this Act (“Personal Data Protection Act”). If the company cannot rely on other legal basis and needs to collect, use, and/or disclose and/or transfer the personal data of participants/winners based on consent, the company will seek additional consent as appropriate, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
  5. The committee’s decision is final and binding and cannot be contested or changed in any way.
  6. If any fraud or deception is discovered, or if the terms and conditions are not followed, the participant will be immediately disqualified from the prize drawing or receiving the prize without prior notice, and legal action will be taken to the fullest extent of the law.
  7. The organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions, details of participation, other agreements, benefits, and prizes in this activity without prior notice and without obtaining the consent of the participants.
  8. Employees and family members of employees of Suntory PepsiCo Beverage (Thailand) Co., Ltd, PepsiCo Service Asia Ltd, Pepsi-Cola (Thai) Trading Co., ltd, Yum Restaurants International (Thailand) Co., Ltd, The QSR of Asia Co., Ltd, Central Restaurants Group Co., Ltd, Restaurants Development Co., Ltd, Lucky One Group Co., Ltd, or their representatives, as well as those involved in this activity, are not eligible to participate in the activity and receive prizes.
  9. The company reserves the right to verify the identity of the prize winners (both before and after the prize awarding ceremony), regardless of the LINE @pepsipromotion account name or the number of phone numbers used.
  10. The company will only consider receipts, whether simplified or full tax invoices, printed from the computer system of KFC stores nationwide.
  11. The company reserves the right to change the prizes to those of equal or similar value without prior notice. 11. No prior consent from participants is required.
  12. Images of prizes appearing in press releases, posters, advertisements, packaging, or other materials are for illustrative purposes only. Actual prizes may differ from those shown.
  13. The company reserves the right to take any necessary action if it finds or suspects any technical malfunction of the system, whether caused by computer system failures, server failures, internet issues, communication problems, or any other problems beyond the company’s control. The company has the right to suspend, correct, or terminate the participation of participants affected by such malfunctions without liability for any damage that may occur.
  14. The company is not liable for any loss or damage caused by natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events. The company is not liable for any compensation or other expenses for such loss or damage.
  15. The company will not be liable for any loss or theft of participant and/or prize winner data due to system or technical problems, the use of social media, or the actions of any third party.
  16. This activity is governed by the laws of Thailand. 16. In the event of any dispute, participants waive all rights to claim damages, both ordinary and punitive, direct damages resulting from breach of contract, consequential damages resulting from breach of contract, reasonable attorney’s fees, and the right to receive anything else in exchange for or in lieu of these prizes.
  17. Participants agree that the Company has the complete right to use and/or modify all images submitted to the activity by uploading them via Line and/or other channels for communication, dissemination, public relations, and marketing or advertising activities through various media as it deems appropriate without permission and without any compensation.
  18. Participants have no right to claim compensation, damages, or anything else from the Company, whether civil or criminal.
  19. If the committee determines that any participant has not complied with the terms and conditions of the activity or has the intention to disrupt the activity, the committee has the sole right to immediately disqualify that person from participation and has the right to change, modify, or cancel the terms, rules, regulations, and prizes as appropriate at any time.
  20. If the Company is affected by law or receives an order from any agency, whether governmental or private, that results in the need to change or cancel participation in the said activity, the Company has the right to change or cancel this activity immediately without prior notice.
  21. The organizer will not be responsible for any data loss due to server problems and other technical errors that may occur during the activity. In such cases, the organizer reserves the right to make decisions regarding the winners.
  22. By participating in this activity, participants acknowledge the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) and understand the details regarding the collection, use, disclosure, and/or transfer of personal data according to the privacy policy of Suntory PepsiCo Beverage (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) as displayed on the website https://www.suntorypepsico.co.th/corporate/privacy-policy. The collection, use, disclosure, and/or transfer of personal data of participants by the Company will be for the purposes of organizing this activity, including but not limited to the application and participation of participants, and the promotion of the organization and products to participants. The Company or its agents may conduct the following activities: verifying the identity of participants when redeeming prizes; processing and delivering prizes to redeemed participants; filing taxes and other documents as required by law; communicating with relevant agencies and government officials (if any); and publishing the names and photographs of participants (if any) for the purpose of promoting the Company’s business and other activities related to this activity, including those specified in the Company’s privacy policy. In addition, the Company may disclose the personal information of participants to its business partners, including (1) companies within the Company’s group or affiliated companies, and (2) other individuals or companies with which the Company has contractual obligations, including but not limited to PepsiCo Services Asia Limited, for marketing and data analysis purposes.
  23. In the event that a participant has previously given consent to the Company to collect, use, disclose, and/or transfer their personal information, if the Company cannot rely on any other legal basis and wishes to withdraw such consent, Participants can withdraw their consent by contacting the company at 88 The Park Building, 15th Floor, Ratchadaphisek Road, Khlong Toei Subdistrict, Khlong Toei District, Bangkok 10110, Thailand, or by phone at (+66) 2610 2500, or by contacting the Data Protection Officer at dpo@suntorypepsico.com, or by reviewing the company’s privacy policy at https://www.suntorypepsico.co.th/corporate/privacy-policy. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the collection, use, disclosure, and/or transfer of personal data that the participant has already legally consented to. Withdrawal of consent may affect certain processing activities that require participant consent, and participants may not be able to receive certain services that require participant consent.
  24. Please note that if participants do not provide their personal data, the company may not be able to provide the goods or services or fulfill the terms and conditions of this activity as requested by the participant, or may not be able to fulfill its obligations to the participant related to the terms and conditions of this activity. or any other legal obligations, as detailed in the company’s privacy policy.
  25. The company has no intention of collecting, using, disclosing, and/or transferring sensitive personal information of participants. However, in practice, the company may inevitably receive sensitive personal information from participants (e.g., when we copy or scan ID cards for identity verification). Therefore, participants are requested to delete, overwrite, or conceal sensitive personal information (e.g., religion) and sign to indicate such overwrite before submitting documents to the company. If participants do not conceal such sensitive personal information, the company will maintain the security of sensitive personal information on the ID card, which may include deleting or overwriting such information of participants as necessary and not contrary to law.
  26. If participants provide the company with personal information of any third party, participants certify and confirm that those individuals are aware of the details specified in the company’s privacy policy. In addition, participants confirm that they have obtained consent from those individuals (where necessary) or have other legal basis for disclosing such personal information to the company so that the company can legally collect, use, disclose, and/or transfer the personal information of such third parties.
  27. The company reserves the right to publish, use the name and/or photograph and/or video of participants for advertising purposes. and/or public relations for sales promotion as deemed appropriate without any notice to participants, and participants have no right to request ownership or compensation in any form whatsoever. This is in accordance with the company’s privacy policy.
  28. In the event that a participant and/or winner is a minor, they must obtain consent from their father, mother, or legal guardian before participating in the activity and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this activity.
