Terms and conditions
- The Walt Disney Company (Southeast Asia) Pte. Limited and each of their respective parent, affiliates, and subsidiaries (collectively, “Disney”) are not responsible for the promotion, administration or execution of this reward redemption campaign (referred to as the “Campaign”) and/or the delivery of the Prizes, and exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from the Campaign and/or the Prizes.
- The Campaign period is 4 May 2022 to 30 June 2022.
- The eligible package deal for this campaign (referred to as the “Grab Transport Package”) is applicable for Grab mobility services only.
- Grab Transport Package is only available under Grab Unlimited Subscription and the vouchers included in the package are as follows:
- Get 10 vouchers of 20% discount – maximum discount at 100 Baht, applicable for JustGrab, GrabCar, GrabCarPremium
- Get 5 vouchers of 10% discount – maximum discount at 100 Baht, applicable for GrabBike
- Get 1 voucher 30% discount – maximum discount at 200 Baht applicable for airport ride by JustGrab, GrabCar ,GrabCarPremium
- The vouchers from Grab Transport Package cannot not be used with other promotions or vouchers.
- Only one voucher may be applied to a transaction.
- Package cycle is 1 (one) month. All vouchers in each package purchased will be valid until such package cycle ends and no extensions will be permitted (For example, if customer buys package on 15 May 2022, all vouchers will be valid from 15 May 2022 to 14 June 2022 i.e. 14 June 2022 is the end date of package cycle).
- Grab Transport Package is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
- The Grab Transport Package can only be utilised for Grab mobility services in the cities in Thailand in which Grab operates.
- This Campaign is available to Grab users who purchase the Grab Transport Package in Thailand only.
- The Grab Transport Package can only be purchased using GrabPay or registered credit/debit cards. No other payment methods will be accepted.
- The Grab Transport Package is only available to GrabUnlimited users and ineligible for non-GrabUnlimited users. For more information about GrabUnlimited, please visit the GrabUnlimited information page.
- The Grab Transport Package is only applicable for Grab mobility services discounts.
- The vouchers cannot be used with toll fee or any other fee (if any).
- When the purchase of the Grab Transport Package is completed, the user will receive a push and inbox notification which redirects the user to a confirmation form which allows them to redeem an exclusive Disney’s Mickey & Friends Better Together Picnic Blanket (“Premium”).
- Users are required to complete the confirmation form and select the design of the Premium. Grab may not process the order or delivery if the user has not completed the confirmation form.
- In the confirmation form, the user has to fill in the name, delivery address and phone number which have been registered with Grab for the purposes of account verification, select the Premium design, and the user’s delivery information for delivery of the Premium.
- Premiums are limited to 8,000 pieces in total of 4 designs and subject to availability in stock during the time of design selection.
- Grab may, at its sole and absolute discretion, substitute the prize for another prize of similar value, in circumstances that include unavailability of the original prize, illegality or non-feasibility.
- Unless otherwise provided, all Premiums are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash/credit in kind, Premium will be given out while stocks last.
- Limit one (1) Premium per (1) one user.
- Disney’s Mickey & Friends Better Together Picnic Blanket will be delivered by Grab or Grab’s service provider. The delivery rounds are on 15-30 June, 2022 and 1-15 July, 2022
- User agrees that the user is in compliance with Grab’s terms of service applicable for the Grab service provided, as stipulated in the Grab app. Each voucher is governed by its applicable terms of use.
- Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part of the whole terms and conditions in relation to this Campaign at any time without giving any prior notice to the user and the user agrees to be bound by those changes and Grab reserves the right to make final decisions in any matters relating to this Campaign.
- By taking part in this Campaign, the user hereby warrants and undertakes that the user has read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. Further, the user hereby agrees and consents to Grab to the collection, use, processing, disclosure and retention of the personal data, provided by you to Grab, as set out above and in accordance with Grab’s Privacy Notice.
- The user also acknowledges and agrees to be legally bound by these terms and conditions and decisions of Grab without limitation or qualification. User further agrees that all decisions from Grab shall be final and conclusive.
- Grab shall not be liable for any claims by the consumers or third-party claims or loses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-part, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this activity.
- These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. And any disputes Related will be under the jurisdiction of the non-exclusive case of the Thai court.
