Terms and conditions 

• Campaign period starts from 13 June 2022  to 10 July 2022
• GrabFood package applicable for GrabFood in the cities in Thailand which Grab operates.
• This campaign is eligible for the purchase of GrabFood package in Thailand only.
• GrabFood package only applicable  order in which the payment will be made  by GrabPay or GrabPay Wallet and ineligible for other payment methods.

• GrabFood package ineligible for non-partner merchants
• GrabFood package ineligible for pick-up/ order for later orders
• GrabFood package applicable only for food discount
• GrabFood package ineligible for delivery fee or other service fee
• The redemption is limited to 1 redemption per one purchase of GrabFood package. 
• When the purchase of GrabFood package is completed, the user will receive a push and inbox notification which relocates to the form for rewards redemption.
• User has to complete the form to redeem the rewards. Grab reserves the right to to refuse the distribution of rewards if the user has not completed the provided form.  
• In the form, the user is required to fill in the name, delivery address and phone number registered with Grab for the purposes of account verification and delivery for the purposes of account verification, claiming the right to receive premium items and delivery..
• The number of the price set is limited to 17,000 pieces and subject to availability in stock during the time of redemption.
• The exclusive  Disney Pixar’s Lightyear Water Bottle will be given out while stocks last
•  Disney Pixar’s Lightyear Water Bottle  will be delivered by Grab or Grab’s service provider.  The estimated date of delivery will be around between 30June – 31 August 2022
• User agrees that the user is in compliance with Grab’s terms of service applicable for the Grab service provided, as stipulated in the Grab app or website. User acknowledges that each reward is governed by its applicable terms of use.
• Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part of the whole terms and conditions in relation to this campaign at any time without giving any prior notice to the user and the user agrees to be bound by those changes.
• Grab’s decisions in any matter in relation to this campaign shall be final and conclusive. Grab shall not be liable for any claims by user or third-party claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, expectation loss, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-part, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this campaign.
• By taking part in this campaign, the user hereby warrants and undertakes that the user has read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. Further, the user hereby agrees and consents to Grab to the collection, use, processing, disclosure and retention of user’s personal data as set out above and in accordance with Grab’s Privacy Notice. 
• The user also acknowledges and agrees to be legally bound by the terms and conditions and decisions of Grab without limitation or qualification. User further agrees that all decisions from Grab shall be final and conclusive.
• Grab may, at its sole and absolute discretion, substitute the prize for another prize of similar value, in circumstances that include unavailability of the original prize, illegality or non-feasibility.
• Unless otherwise provided, all prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash/credit in kind.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand and the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Thailand courts.
• Grab reserves the right to modify any terms and conditions of the co-marketing activity without prior notification as well as the right to arbitrate any controversy that may occur as a result of this activity.
• The Walt Disney Company and its parents, affiliates and subsidiaries are not responsible for the promotion, administration or execution of this campaign.
