Safety Incident Management System
Grab maintains a structured Safety Incident Management System (SIMS) to ensure all safety incidents are logged, assessed, managed and reviewed in a consistent and accountable manner. We have numerous reporting channels, triage and escalation protocols, and a 24/7 Incident Response team.
