Grab drivers undergo background checks, customer service training, and verification of their license and insurance. This includes vehicle checks to ensure the car you’re in is in top condition. Grab is regionally accredited by ISO 9001:2015. It is the latest version of the world’s leading quality management standard that sets out the requirements for a quality management system. Our drivers are well prepared.
We make certain they are ready for any situation that may arise by requiring First Aid training, Disaster Preparedness Training, as well as Defensive Driving or Riding Training. No matter the need, you are sure to be taken care of.
We train GrabCar, GrabTaxi and GrabExpress drivers in Safety and Occupational First Aid, including CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED). GrabCar and GrabTaxi drivers receive further training in Defensive Riding training, Legal Awareness, and (starting 2017) Disaster Preparedness and Rescue.
