GrabFood Self Pick-up is a service which allows you to place Self Pick-up orders through GrabFood app and collect your food from the restaurant when it is ready.
For GrabFood delivery, our GrabFood delivery partners will pick up the food from the restaurant and deliver it to you. While for GrabFood Self Pick-up, the food will be picked up by you.
Currently, we do not offer the ability to schedule a Self Pick-up order but this is coming soon! Now, when you place a Self Pick-up order, it will be sent to the merchant right away who will then start preparing your order.
There is no option to change the order once it has been placed, however, you can still cancel the order as long as the restaurant has not accepted your order.
You can use the navigation tool in-app by tapping on ‘Directions’ on the map. If you still cannot find the restaurant, we would advise you to call the restaurant for more specific directions.
The new Self Pick-up service is limited to specific service areas currently. If there are no closeby restaurants to you, you will not see the Self Pick-up service on the GrabFood homepage.
