Guidelines for In-Town Packages
1) Maximum of 4 passengers are allowed in a Sedan vehicle; while an Alphard may carry a maximum of 6 or 7 passengers, depending on second-row seating.
2) Premium Rentals services are for use within the Yangon city area. Yangon city is defined as within the townships of: • North: Mingaladon & Shwe Pyi Tha • West: Hlaing Thar Yar • East: East Dagon & Dagon Seikkan • South: Seikkyi Kanaungto & Dala • For travel outside of Yangon, please make bookings 5-days in advance at 0997-747-8787.
3) Travel to Yangon Industrial Zones requires a minimum package of 2-hours. Industrial Zones include, but are not limited to: • Hmawbi • Thilawa / Thanlyin • Dagon Seikkan • Shwe Lin Ban Industrial Zone • Hlaing Tharyar Industrial Zone • Saw Bwar Gyi Gone (Pyay Road - 10 Mile)• Pout Taw Wa (Insein Road) •Upper Mingalardon (Danyin Gone Junction)• Hlawga National Park
4) Passengers who have booked a 1-hour package but would like to go to a Yangon Industrial Zone, will receive a surcharge of: • MMK 6,500 for Sedans • MMK 13,000 for Alphards
5) Premium Rentals services are not to be used to courier & haul large personal or commercial goods. Bookings will be canceled for users attempting to transport items such as, but not limited to: • Large furniture • Bulk & commercial items • Sharp objects
6) Passengers may carry a reasonable number of luggages in the trunk and cabin areas of the vehicle. If luggage does not fit, an additional or larger vehicle may be booked for the Passenger’s needs.
7) With respect for the allergic sensitivities & wellbeing of Drivers and other Passengers, pets are not allowed.
8) No consumption of alcohol, smoking, or use of drugs are allowed inside the vehicle.
9) Entrance fees, Parking fees, Road & Toll fees are to be paid by the Passenger.
10) If a Passenger desires to extend the booking package, an overtime fee is charged in 5-min increments: • MMK 600 for Sedans, in 5-min increments • MMK 1,300 for Alphards, in 5-min increments • Prices are subject to change and will be communicated via the Grab App’s messaging functions
