Terms and conditions

1. The Campaign is valid from 31st January to 28 February 2019 (the “Contest Period”)

2. The promotion code “GRABX” is not a discount code, and is applicable for both cash and GrabPay (debit/credit card). There is no value in the promotion code “GRABX.” Normal Grab fares will be applicable for the all Grab rides.

3. Valid for all Grab rides by a GfB user booked in the application in Yangon and Mandalay and not valid with other promotions.

4. Within 15 working days at the end of the Contest Period, Grab will announce winners on Facebook. The winner is required to redeem the prize at the Grab office within 3 working days upon being contacted by Grab.

5. The winner will be determined on the most number of successful rides.

6. Judges from Grab will determine who wins the prize and their decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.

7. The promo is organised by Grab (Myanmar) Limited (“the Organiser”) and is open to all Burmese citizens and permanent residents residing in Myanmar. The following persons are not eligible to participate in the Campaign:All employees (both permanent and fixed term contract) of the Organiser and their immediate family members.

8. No winners can win more than once. If the same passenger is chosen again, another passenger will be automatically selected.

9. In the event there is a tie, the Organiser reserves the right to determine the winners, based on the first passenger who completed the the ride using “GRABX” promotion code.

10. By taking part in this Campaign, you have indicated that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. Further, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the foregoing and consent to the use of your personal data as set out above and in accordance with Grab’s Privacy Policy. You also acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions below and decisions of the Organiser without limitation or qualification. You further agree that all decisions of the Organiser shall be final and conclusive.

11. The prize is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and must be redeemed within a specific time frame which shall be advised by Grab. If the Prize is not redeemed during the specific time frame, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Grab shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

12. Grab accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the Prize.

13. Grab reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, this Campaign or its terms of conditions with or without prior notice to you.

14. Grab accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Campaign or accepting the Prize.
