How to use GrabTaxiCall service
- Call 09 750 10 8734 or 09 750 10 8735
- Tell us the pick-up and drop-off locations, and passenger name, and phone number
- We will tell you how much the ride will cost
- If the booking is confirmed, we will tell you the driver name, license plate number, and ETA
- Want to share the ride with someone else? Tell us and we will do it for you. Share My Ride feature allows loved ones to know where the passenger is along the journey and be alerted when the passenger has reached the destination
- Get ready for the ride! The driver may call you directly for pick-up
