Once a points conversion request is submitted, it cannot be cancelled or reversed. All conversions are final and non-refundable.
Your account in both programs must be in good standing prior to the transaction.

Where can I find my newly exchanged points/miles?

You can find this in your GrabRewards points balance. Refer to the Points History section for more details on the points conversion transaction.

I’ve changed my mind after I have exchanged my points. Can I cancel it and get a full refund?

Upon submission, all GrabRewards points conversion requests are final. Conversion requests cannot be reversed or cancelled by Grab user.

How long will the conversion process take?

Conversion is immediate. If you have any missing GrabRewards points, please reach out to the partner directly.
