Redeem your reward points to shop ONLINE

  1. Step 1

    Tap on the Menu (top left in your app) and select “GrabRewards”.

  2. Step 2

    In the GrabRewards page, tap on your preferred reward to explore more details.

  3. Step 3

    Scroll down and and tap on “Purchase”. Then, tap on “Got It”. 

  4. Step 4

    To use that particular reward online, “Copy” the promo code and tap “Use now”.

  5. Step 5

    Don’t forget to apply the promo code at the specific partner’s website during checkout.

Redeem your reward points to shop IN-STORE

  1. Step 1

    Tap on the Menu (top left in your app) and select “GrabRewards”.

  2. Step 2

    In the GrabRewards page, tap on your preferred reward to explore more details.

  3. Step 3

    Scroll down and and tap on “Purchase”. Then, tap on “Got It”. A message indicating the successful purchase with your points will appear.

  4. Step 4

    To use that particular reward in-store, tap “Use now”.

  5. Step 5

    Present the barcode/QR code/PIN number (this may vary depending on rewards) to the cashier when making your purchase in-store.

Please head to the Partner’s website and input your code in their online check-out!

You just need to show that you have successfully redeemed and paid for the Reward! You can show them either the bar/QR code, or have them input the 4-digit pin at the cashier to receive your reward.

The cashier at the partner’s store will have the 4-digit code. Have them input the 4-digit pin so you can redeem your reward in-store.
