- Participants: Customers who book GrabCar via the app Grab in Hanoi and HCMC
- Exclusion:
-Grab’s employees, drivers, Grab’s vender employees, partners who are using promotion codes by GrabCar
-The above individuals’ family including parents, siblings, children, wife and husband.
- Participation process
-Book GrabCar and 7-seat GrabCar ride via Grab
-For every eligible ride, the passenger will be given scores for gift exchange.
- Winner selection
-G Grab will select the eligible customers and announce the winners within 3 days since the last days of promotion via Grab Fanpage https://www.facebook.com/GrabTaxiVN and Website https://grab.com/
-Canceled bookings (by drivers or passengers) and unaccepted bookings are not counted.
– Grab will send the gift code via email and SMS to eligible customers – a Ma Belle Box within 7 days since the last day of promotion. The customers will use this code to get the gift on website http://www.vn.mabellebox.com/
– In case the customer finishes 19 rides but does not receive the gift code via email SMS, please contact Grab before June 20 through the number HCMC – (08) 71087108 or HN – (04) 71087108.
– After June 30, if the winning customer does not contact to get the gift or he/she does not have eligible profile, that customer will be considered to cancel the prize. In this case, Grab and Ma Belle box will not be responsible for the prize reward.
-The gift cannot be transferred to others and cannot be exchanged into cash.
7.The winner’s responsibility
-The winner must provide Grab with the personal details including ID/ Passport number, registered phone number, address.
-Grab has the rights to use the name and image of the winner for advertising, commercial and other purposes without asking for permission or paying other fees.
8.Others
-The decision on the winner selection is ultimate and no documents can change that decision after the winner announcement.
-In any case, Grab has the rights to change, add or edit parts of or all the program during the process without informing the customers first as long as it does not negatively affect the benefits of participants.
-Grab has the rights to eliminate those customers who violate the program’s policies or cheat on the rides.
