Requirements: 1) OLD Policy,  2) ORCR and 3) Photo of the Car side by side

Payment Options: PDCs, Bank Deposit , Gcash

Qualifications:

  • PC — Compact, Sedan, Hatchback
  • CV — AUV, SUV,
  • Compulsory Third-Party Liability: Php 100,000.00
  • Own Damage / Theft / Acts of Nature:
    • Sum Insured shall be based on PBAC FMV, + or — 10% variance
  • Voluntary Third-Party Liability
    • Bodily Injury — maximum of Php 200,000.00
    • Property Damage — maximum of Php 200,000.00
    • In excess of Php 200,000.00, for approval by underwriting
  • FREE Personal Accident
    • Php 50,000.00 Accidental Death and Disablement per passenger with 10% Medical Reimbursement
      • For PC, CV, up to 5 passengers, maximum of Php 250,000.00
      • CV, up to 7 passengers, maximum of Php 350,000.00
    • Above Php 50,000.00 coverage, or in excess of the free number of passengers, an additional rate will be applied

*The above services are up to a limit of Php 4,000.00 per Vehicle per event, subject to a total of three (3) events per contractual year due to Emergency Towing Assistance and/or Roadside Repair Assistance.
