  • Just open the new, frequently updated Help Centre within your app. Save time and resume your activities sooner.

  • We’re on-call for you, 24/7
  • When you can’t find the answers you need within the in-app Help Centre, no worries. Just give us a call, any time, any day.

  • Personalised booking-related responses via e-mail
  • In most cases, we’ll respond to your questions within 6 hours. It’s not great, but we will keep working on shortening your waiting time.

  • Bad passenger behaviour? Report it.
  • After every trip, you will be prompted within the app to comment. Please report it if passengers were abusive to you, or did not show up. If proven to be true, they will be banned.

  • Rate your passenger after every trip
  • Where necessary, we will take appropriate action on passengers with poor ratings.

  • Better transparency on suspension/banning
  • If a driver-partner has committed a violation, we will first issue a warning via SMS. If it happens again, we will proceed to suspend them until they come to the Driver Centre for a Re-Education session. After they attend the session, reactivation is possible. Depending on the severity of the issue, they may be suspended or terminated without prior warning.

  • Applicable for all rides. If your trip is below RM5, we will top up the difference to your credit wallet once a week.

  • GrabPay fares to be topped up in your cash wallet by next business day
  • GrabShare will only be available at selected popular areas for better matches, so you can minimise your cost and maximise your profit.

  • Fuel, car maintenance, and more
  • We recently introduced GrabAllStars, a rewards programme for Grab driver-partners. Every month, we offer various benefits including fuel savers, grocery vouchers, and in-car cameras. Keep checking graballstars.com for latest benefits. Gold and Platinum driver-partners might also be offered extra income opportunities through car wrap ads or in-car tablets for ads.
