Starting from 19 Feb 2026, the GrabRewards membership tiers (Member, Silver, Gold, Platinum) will be discontinued to provide a unified earning experience for all users. The previous tier-based earning multipliers will be replaced by a standardized earn rate, boosted by new ways to earn based on your everyday actions on Grab.

You can now redeem GrabCoins instantly on your GrabFood or GrabMart order as long as you meet the minimum balance of 23 GrabCoins (≈ MMK 50). Simply tap on the toggle in the checkout page. Can’t see the toggle? Make sure your Grab app is updated to the latest version.
To view your GrabCoins balance:
1. Tap the avatar icon located at the top-right corner of the Grab homepage.
2. Under “For more value”, tap on “Rewards”.
3. Your GrabCoins balance will appear at the top of the page.
Yes! You are eligible to earn GrabCoins when you use Grab services across Southeast Asia (excluding Indonesia which uses OVO points), including Grab rides, GrabFood, GrabExpress, and more. Do note that the amount of GrabCoins you earn outside your home country will depend on the earn rate of the country you are visiting.

From 17 Nov 2025
Your current balance as of 17 November, and GrabCoins earned until 31 December, will expire on 31 Jul 2026.
1 Jan 2026 onwards
GrabCoins expire 6 months from the month you earn them. For example:
– GrabCoins earned in January 2026 expire on 31 July 2026
– GrabCoins earned in February 2026 expire on 31 Aug 2026
