Platform Benefits for Grab driver-partners

There are 3 tiers on Grab platform. 

  • Platinum
  • Gold
  • Regular

The tier is determined monthly based on trip points, passenger ratings and cancellation rates in the month and monthly criteria are notified every three months ahead through in Grab Drivers app. 

Platinum Driver Benefits:

  • Use “My Destination” feature five times a day.

  • Cashback offers.

  • Free battery checks and discounts from Empire Batteries.

  • Special pricing at Unique Mobile Shop.

  • Discounted medical check-ups at OSC Hospital.

Gold Driver Benefits:

  • Use “My Destination” three times a day.

  • Same benefits as Platinum drivers regarding battery checks, mobile shop pricing, and medical check-ups. 

These benefits can be seen in Driver Benefit in the Driver app and need to inform the vendors one day ahead before use.

Benefits for All Grab Drivers:

  • Personal Accident Insurance: Coverage for injuries sustained during a trip.

  • Partner Care Fund: Financial support for social and health issues outside of trips.

  • “Better Combo” Program: Allows drivers to purchase Samsung phones and tablets through monthly installments.
