Grab FoodLocker is a contactless, self-serve locker system designed for GrabFood & GrabMart deliveries. Orders are dropped off by delivery partners into secure locker slots, and customers simply scan a QR code or enter a PIN on the screen to open their assigned locker and collect their food. Each FoodLocker comes with:- A touch-screen control panel for easy self-service
- Clearly labelled slots which assign for one order to one slot
- A secure structure designed to keep food safe and ready for collection within a defined time window (up to 4 hours for food orders)
