International
International Arrivals
- KLIA International Arrival - Level 1 (Door 1)
1. From Domestic Arrival Gate, exit left.
2. Take left and continue straight.
3. Continue walk ahead.
4. Head towards lift G & H.
5. Take lift G/H and proceed to level 1.
6. Exit from the lift and turn left, then continue straight toward Door 1.
7. Exit through Door 1.
8. Wait for your Grab car at the pickup location.
- KLIA International Arrival - Level 1 (Door 3)
1. Exit the International Arrival Gate and walk towards door 5.
2. Take left in front of door 5 and walk towards Coffee Bean.
3. From Coffee Bean walk towards the lift.
4. Take lift C & D and proceed to level 1.
5. Exit lift and continue walk straight towards door 3.
6. Exit through door 3 to pickup location.
7. Wait for your Grab car at the pickup location.
- KLIA International Arrival - Level 1 (Door 4)
1. Exit the International Arrival Gate and walk towards door 5.
2. Take left in front of door 5 and walk towards Coffee Bean.
3. From Coffee Bean walk towards the lift.
4. Take lift C & D and proceed to level 1.
5. Exit lift and continue walk straight towards door 4.
6. Exit through door 4 to pickup location.
7. Wait for your Grab car at the pickup location.
- KLIA International Arrival - Level 3 (Door 2 & 3)
1. Exit the International Arrival Gate and turn left towards Travelex Currency Exchange.
2. From Travelex Currency Exchange, walk towards Snek & Co.
3. Continue straight past Snek & Co, then walk toward the ATM area.
4. Walk straight towards domestic arrival after ATM areas.
5. Turn left in front of the domestic arrival gate and walk towards Gate 2.
6. Continue walking from the domestic arrival gate, then turn left toward Door 2.
7. Exit through door 2 to pickup location.
8. Wait for your GrabCar EV at the pickup location.
Domestic Arrivals
- KLIA Domestic Arrival - Level 1 (Door 4)
1. From Domestic Arrival Gate, head towards The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf cafe.
2. Head to level 1 by using elevator behind The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf cafe and exit through Door 4.
3. Meet your Grab driver at Door 4.

- How can I pay for my airport taxi ride?
You can pay with cash, or pay in-app by adding your credit or debit card details. Just choose your preferred method when booking your taxi cab service.
- How do I find the pick up point to meet my driver?Follow the image directions in the app, that appear when you book a ride. There may also be signs at the airport to the ride hailing pick up area.
- How do I contact my driver?Tap “Message” in the app and click “Chat” to message your driver. GrabChat has a translation feature for easy communication. Your chat history will be deleted upon completion of your ride.
- Can the driver see my number?
No, your driver will only be able to see your name, profile photo, and airport taxi booking details. If you need to communicate, you can do this through GrabChat in the app.
