    Step 4: Enter ATM card details from any supported bank and follow the instructions<\/span><\/p>\n

    Step 5: Activated! You can continue to use your current GrabPay Credits balance, top up your wallet and use other wallet functions<\/p>\n

    After the wallet is successfully activated, customers can directly top up their GrabPay by Moca from your linked ATM card or International Debit Card (Debit Visa\/ MasterCard\/ Amex\/ JCB) issued by all banks.<\/p>\n

    2. Make direct cashless payments for Grab services using international credit and debit cards (VISA \/ MasterCard \/ Amex \/ JCB) via payment gateway service of Moca by way of linking those cards on Grab App.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    In the cases where activation process cannot be done, the customer can still have the cashless payment options for \u00a0services on Grab by using the International Credit and\/or International Debit Card (Credit\/ Debit Visa\/ MasterCard\/ Amex\/ JCB) issued by any banks when adding these cards to GrabPay by Moca account.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Currently, this cashless payment methods can only be used for GrabCar, GrabBike and GrabExpress.<\/span><\/p>\n

    • Under the Vietnam regulations, you cannot top up using Credit Card to To support customers quickly to link accounts with GrabPay by Moca e-wallet on Grab App, Grab will prioritize the linking of ATM cards and stop the top-up process through Internet Banking from 10\/10\/2018.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • GrabPay by Moca e-wallet only supports customers who use local phone numbers (+84). Therefore, if you previously registered your Grab account with a foreign phone number, please re-register with a local phone number to activate and use your wallet.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Customers who use foreign phone number still can make cashless payment for Grab services with their international debit\/credit cards (Visa \/ Mastercard \/ JCB \/ Amex) which are directly linked with their Grab accounts.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • In case customers do not use ATM card issued by banks in cooperation with Moca, at your request the current balance in your GrabPay Credits (if any) will be refunded or converted to promo codes with the same value.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • The launch of GrabPay by Moca is implemented by batches and is expected to be completed in October 2018.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      1. What is Moca? Do I need to download the Moca app?<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Moca is one of Vietnam’s leading mobile wallet and payments providers.<\/span><\/p>\n

        Grab users will be able to use their GrabPay by Moca account from within the Grab App, and do not need to download Moca app.<\/span><\/p>\n

        1. I previously used GrabPay Credits. What will happen to my existing GrabPay Credits balance?<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          You will need to activate your GrabPay by Moca wallet by:<\/span><\/p>\n

          (1) Verifying your registered mobile number via SMS OTP<\/span><\/p>\n

          (2) Linking an ATM card from a supported bank, before you can use your existing GrabPay Credits balance (if any).<\/span><\/p>\n

           <\/p>\n

          Please note that prior to activation, your app may display your GrabPay Credits balance as ‘0’. However, don’t worry – your balance will be updated as soon as you complete your activation.<\/span><\/p>\n

          1. How do I link my ATM card to my GrabPay by Moca account? Which banks are supported?<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            You can link your ATM card to your GrabPay by Moca account by entering your ATM card number, expiry date and name on card. <\/span><\/p>\n

            Please note that you can only use locally issued bank ATM cards from supported banks: ACB, BIDV, HDBank,\u00a0Maritime Bank,\u00a0 \u00a0MBBank, OCB,\u00a0Sacombank, SCB, SHB,\u00a0ShinHanBank,\u00a0 VietCapital Bank, Vietcombank, VietinBank, VPBank, Timo Powered by VPBank – You can’t link VISA\/MasterCard\/Amex\/JCB debit cards, <\/span>UNLESS<\/b> Vietcombank and SCB have issued them.<\/span><\/p>\n

            Note: <\/span><\/p>\n

            – As per local regulations, linking a credit card to \u00a0e-wallet is not allowed.<\/span><\/p>\n

              At your request, Grab will perform a refund or convert the remaining GrabPay Credits balance to ride promotions. <\/span><\/p>\n

                (2) International Debit cards: You can top up your balance using domestic debit cards or international debit cards affiliated with Visa, MasterCard, Amex, JCB)<\/span><\/p>\n
