Expiry period for GrabRewards points<\/b><\/span><\/h4>

No need to worry about your GrabRewards points expiring! We’re keeping the current expiry policy. Upon making point-earning transactions, the validity of your GrabRewards points will be extended to the last day of the 3rd month. It means, being a GrabUnlimited subscriber can keep your points alive by maintaining your subscription and making at least one point-earning transaction each month. Specifically:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

\ud83d\udd38For GrabUnlimited subscribers, earn GrabRewards points for eligible transactions as above the table. Points remain valid for 3 months from the last point-earning transaction. For example, you make an eligible transaction on January 2, 2024, your point expiry date is April 30, 2024 – three months from the month of your last transaction.
<\/span>\ud83d\udd38For non-GrabUnlimited subscribers from January 2, 2024, if your last point-earning transaction was on December 31, 2023, all your GrabRewards points will expire on March 31, 2024. Instead of tier-based benefits, you can now get a whole bundle of benefits by subscribing to GrabUnlimited, including earning points benefit, free delivery of 15,000 VND for each GrabFood order from 100,000 VND, and other benefits for Grab services (GrabFood, GrabBike, GrabCar, GrabMart) in the subscription plan.<\/span><\/p>

What will happen to my points?<\/p><\/a>\n <\/div>\n

Upon making a point-earning transaction, the validity of your GrabRewards Points will be extended to the last day of the 3rd month (the 30rd or 31st day).
Specifically:<\/p>

– For GrabUnlimited users, GrabRewards points will be earned for various Grab transactions (including GrabFood, GrabBike, GrabCar, GrabExpress, GrabMart), and the validity period is 3 months from the last month of point-earning transactions. Keep those points never expiring, simply maintain your GrabUnlimited subscription and make a point-earning every month . For example, you make an eligible transaction on January 2, 2024, your point expiry date is April 30, 2024.<\/p>

– For users with point-earning transactions up to December 31, 2023, but do not subscribe to the GrabUnlimited subscription plan, all your GrabRewards points will expire on March 31, 2024.<\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n

    Yes. Upon making a point-earning transaction, the validity of your GrabRewards Points will be extended to the last day of the 3rd month. After your GrabUnlimited subscription package plan expires, all transactions thereafter will not earn GrabRewards points. In other words, you will not perform any further point-earning transactions. Therefore, within 3 months from the date of the last point-earning transaction, your points will expire, and you will no longer be able to use the accumulated points.<\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n
