By using Grab, GrabFood or GrabExpress as a passenger or consumer, you are bound by the following Code of Conduct, in addition to our Terms of Service and the local laws where you use Grab. You may not attempt to contact your driver or fellow passengers after the trip, unless it\u2019s to arrange the return of a lost item.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #00b140\"><strong>Follow road safety laws.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>Do not ask your driver to speed or commit traffic violations, including stopping at unsafe or illegal locations. Wear a seatbelt at all times. Wear a helmet if travelling on a bike or scooter. Babies, children and any pets must travel with appropriate restraints where governed by local laws.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #00b140\"><strong>Theft, robbery, or property damage will not be tolerated.<br \/><\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>You may be penalised under the prevailing law in the event of any theft, robbery, acts of vandalism, or damage to the driver\u2019s vehicle or other property.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #00b140\"><strong>Drugs and weapons must not be brought inside the vehicle.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>If you suspect your driver is under the influence you have the right to end the trip immediately and alert the authorities. Likewise, do not use Grab as a platform to transport drugs.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-tab-title elementor-tab-mobile-title\" aria-selected=\"false\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"tab\" tabindex=\"-1\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1962\" aria-expanded=\"false\">RESPECT YOUR DRIVER<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1962\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1962\" tabindex=\"0\" hidden=\"hidden\"><p><span style=\"color: #00b140\"><strong>Show up and be on time.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>Book when you\u2019re ready to travel. Show up for your ride &#8211; and be punctual. Don\u2019t cancel without good reason. If you\u2019ve made an order with GrabFood, ensure someone is there to receive your food.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #00b140\"><strong>Ensure a seamless pickup.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>Choose the correct Pick Up location. Communicate with your driver to find each other. Confirm your driver\u2019s identity before boarding the vehicle (Grab) or handing over your parcel (GrabExpress).<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #00b140\"><strong>Ensure a seamless drop-off.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>For all Grab, GrabFood and GrabExpress bookings, ensure your Drop-Off location is accurate and safe before booking. All our drivers are trained to follow the route suggested by the GPS. No detours or pit stops, unless you are using the Multi-Stop<br \/>Ride feature (only for Grab rides). If you need to alight at a different drop-off point, please use our &#8220;Change Drop Off Point&#8221; feature (only for Grab rides).<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #00b140\"><strong>Be polite and respectful.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>Treat your driver with respect at all times. Don\u2019t smoke\/ vape. Don\u2019t litter, spit, vomit, shout, swear, put your legs on the dashboard, consume food or drinks, or slam the door. You\u2019re also responsible for the behaviour of your guests.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #00b140\"><strong>Leave nothing behind.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>Remember to bring your belongings &amp; trash with you.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #00b140\"><strong>Rate your driver fairly.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>After every trip or delivery, show your appreciation for your driver or delivery partner by rating the trip and providing feedback.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #00b140\"><strong>Respect your driver\u2019s privacy.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>Don\u2019t keep or share personal details about your driver or delivery partner. Keep up to date with our Privacy Policy here.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #00b140\"><strong>In case of emergency&#8230;<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>Always call the authorities first. Once all parties are safe and authorities have been notified, contact Grab to report the incident.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-tab-title elementor-tab-mobile-title\" aria-selected=\"false\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"tab\" tabindex=\"-1\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1963\" aria-expanded=\"false\">BE A GOOD GRAB CITIZEN<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1963\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1963\" tabindex=\"0\" hidden=\"hidden\"><p><span style=\"color: #00b140\"><strong>Comply with our Terms.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">You must be 18 to hold a Grab account, and this means minors must be accompanied. Customers of GrabFood\/GrabMart must be of legal age to buy alcohol. Refrain from booking a ride or service on behalf of a stranger. Booking a ride for a stranger means that you are fully aware of and agree to take responsibility for their actions, and this may lead to your account being suspended if a safety incident and\/or legal violation occurred by these passengers. In any case, Grab reserves the right to report an incident and share information related to stranger booking as per authority\u2019s request<\/span>. Keep up to date with our other Terms of Service <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grab.com\/vn\/en\/terms-policies\/transport-delivery-logistics\/\">here<\/a>.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #00b140\"><strong>Use the right service.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>Are you travelling with lots of luggage or more than 4 passengers? Do you need to send an item to a friend? Choose the right Grab service for your needs, or your driver\/deliver-partner may refuse to take you.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #00b140\"><strong>Use the service properly.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>Don\u2019t use Grab to deliver unaccompanied goods (unless you\u2019re using Grab Food or Grab Express). Don&#8217;t overload the vehicle with luggage or use the service for moving house. For GrabExpress, abide by the maximum weight and volume recommendations. Don\u2019t make arrangements with drivers outside the application &#8211; we can\u2019t provide support or help to ensure your safety.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #00b140\"><strong>Act in good faith.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>Do not share accounts or create duplicate accounts. Always provide truthful information when creating and accessing your accounts, disputing charges or fees, or when writing in to provide feedback. Use offers and promotions only as intended.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #00b140\"><strong>Make correct payment.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>Check your mode of payment (including any promo or rewards codes) before booking. Confirm the final fare (including any tolls) before alighting. Always pay the correct fare as displayed on the Grab app. For GrabFood, confirm the items and price of your basket before check-out.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #00b140\"><strong>Your account, your responsibility.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>Keep your account details up to date. Only access your account through the official Grab app. Keep your password private. Don\u2019t respond to any requests for your login details. Use GrabPay PIN for extra security.
