Dear GrabMerchant Partner,<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Pleased to announce that you have completed all the steps to become a GrabMart Merchant<\/span><\/strong> on Grab Platform.<\/span><\/p>\n

Your store information is being uploaded on the Grab system by our Operation Team. <\/span>After that, Grab will send another notification to you after the store is activated and eligible to operate on GrabMart.<\/span><\/p>\n

Please note:<\/strong> do not change the store name and address within 60 (sixty) days<\/strong> from\u00a0the day\u00a0the store is activated on the Grab system. Grab reserves the right to refuse and\/or not support your request about this information within the above time.<\/p>\n

Please follow the instructions below to prepare for the process of becoming a GrabMart Merchant:<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 1:<\/span> <\/b><\/b><\/p>\n

Download the GrabMerchant app on Google Play\/ Play Store<\/a> <\/span>or<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Download the GrabMerchant app on App Store<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

*Note:<\/strong> Please use a device with Android OS 6.0 or above or IOS 12.0 or above.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Step 2:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Please check your email <\/span>abc@gmail.com<\/span> to get login credentials from Grab:<\/span><\/p>\n

– Username (email address registered with Grab)<\/span><\/p>\n

– Temporary password (valid within 15 days & 5 days\/ time)<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 3:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Access to the GrabMerchant app then input login credentials in <\/span>step 2. <\/b>After login, set your own password and save it for the next login<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 4:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

For smooth and effective operation as well as stable business growth with Grab, we would like to invite you and your employees to attend Online Courses via \u201cGrabAcademy\u201d with topic “”Basic training course for New Merchant”<\/span> within 30 days. Failure to complete training courses may result in account suspension until completion<\/strong><\/span> (please skip this course if it has been completed).<\/span><\/p>\n

Join page <\/span>C\u1ed9ng \u0111\u1ed3ng \u0110\u1ed1i t\u00e1c Th\u01b0\u01a1ng nh\u00e2n GrabMart (Trang ch\u00ednh th\u1ee9c) <\/b>via link <\/span>https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/groups\/hotrograbmart<\/b><\/a> in order to get account activated and be informed about News, New Features, Tips for Effective Operation or Sharing from Other Merchants.<\/span><\/p>\n

When becoming a GrabMart Merchant, please note the following terms:<\/span><\/p>\n

1.<\/b> Regularly check your email and inbox app or access Merchant Blog via link <\/span>https:\/\/www.grab.com\/vn\/merchant-blog\/<\/b><\/a> to receive the full information from Grab.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.<\/strong> Download the GrabMerchant guideline via link<\/span> https:\/\/grb.to\/bikipgrabmart<\/b><\/a> and stick at your store to ensure your employees understand the basic operations.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. <\/b>\u00a0<\/b>In addition to service and activation fees in accordance with Agreement, Grab does not collect any additional fees when registering as a GrabMart Merchant and\/or while active on Grab platform, unless Grab has further notice.<\/span><\/p>\n
