Hành khách GrabCar đã có thể thêm điểm dừng cho chuyến đi của họ*. Tài xế sẽ được trả phí cho điểm dừng thêm này.
Tham gia lái GrabCar bấy lâu, chắc hẳn các Đối tác cũng biết rằng đôi khi, khách hàng cũng có nhu cầu dừng lại đâu đó trên lộ trình của họ. Việc đột ngột thay đổi hành trình và thu thêm phụ phí sẽ khiến Đối tác gặp đôi chút bất tiện.
Vậy thì từ nay, Đối tác sẽ cảm thấy dễ chịu hơn bởi khách hàng đã có thể chủ động nhập thêm điểm dừng ngay trước lúc đặt xe.
Giá cước hiển thị trên ứng dụng đã bao gồm chi phí của cả hành trình và phụ phí dừng thêm chặng. Điểm dừng càng xa thì phụ phí sẽ càng cao.

How to book an extra stop

Bước 1
Tài xế sẽ được thông báo trước yêu cầu đặt xe của khách là chuyến đi có thêm điểm dừng.

Sau khi nhận cuốc, tài xế sẽ đến đón khách và bắt đầu chuyến đi như bình thường.

Ấn vào biểu tượng “Điểm Dừng Thứ Nhất” khi đến nơi.

Bước 4
Ấn vào biểu tượng “Điểm Đến” tại điểm trả khách để hoàn thành chuyến xe.

Bước 5
Mức giá hiển thị trên giao diện đã bao gồm phụ phí dừng thêm chặng. (dựa trên sự thay đổi về độ dài lộ trình)

What if the passenger asks me to travel to the second stop and then to the first stop?
Please inform the passenger this is not possible as the fare is pre-determined at the point of booking.
What should I do if the passenger didn’t book an extra stop, but asks for an extra stop along the way?
You may make the extra stop. Any ad hoc requests for extra stops will be subjected to a surcharge of VND30,000 (within 5km; maximum of 3 additional stops)
