Campaign Terms and Conditions<\/b><\/p>\n

By taking part in this Campaign, the participants have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions which may be modified by the Company<\/span>.<\/span> The participants further agree that all decisions of the Company and TPC\u00a0 relating to the Campaign and issuance of the Reward (as defined below) shall be final and conclusive (including but not limited to substitute the Reward with other rewards of equal value, at any time without giving any prior notice to the Participants, and Participants agree to be bound by those changes).<\/span><\/p>\n

The participants further acknowledge and agree that their applications for the <\/span>\u2018Thailand Privilege Card\u2019<\/span><\/i> issued by TPC (\u201c<\/span>Card<\/b>\u201d) are subject to the approval and separate terms and conditions of TPC.\u00a0 The participants\u2019 participation in this Campaign does not guarantee a successful application for the Card.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Eligible Participants (referred to as \u201cyou\u201d or \u201cGrab user\u201d)<\/b><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. The participants\u00a0 must be an expatriate living or staying in Malaysia in order to be eligible to participate in the Campaign. The participants\u2019\u00a0 eligibility will be determined by their responses to the Lead Form (as defined below).<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Each participant can only submit one entry of GrabAds Lead Form during the\u00a0 Campaign Duration.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. All employees (both permanent and fixed term contract) of the Company, family members of the employees of the Company and\/or advertisement representatives of the Campaign are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to disqualify or reject any participants which it deemed ineligible for the Campaign.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Campaign Mechanics\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. The participants\u00a0 must:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      (i) complete the Lead Form contained in the TPC\u2019s advertisement (\u201cLead Form<\/b>\u201d) and agree to all the terms and conditions referred to in the Lead Form during the Campaign Period via the Grab app; and<\/p>\n

      (ii) be contacted by TPC and successfully apply to be a Card\u00a0 member.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

       <\/p>\n

      Reward Details\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. \u00a0There\u2019s only 1 participant in Malaysia who is eligible to win 30,000 GrabRewards Points (the \u201c<\/span>Reward<\/b>\u201d).<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. The Reward is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for any type of monetary value.<\/span><\/li>\n
      3. The winner of the Reward will be decided by Thailand Privilege Card and such decision is final in nature. For the avoidance of doubt, Grab will not be involved in deciding the winner of the Reward.<\/span><\/li>\n
      4. Grab reserves the rights, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participants\u2019 participation and\/or\u00a0 forfeit the Reward without cause and without notice, in particular if: – <\/span>(a) participant is not an eligible or qualified participant; (b) participant fails to fulfill all or any of the terms & conditions stipulated herein; (c) participant has engaged in a conduct that Grab considers inappropriate or unacceptable; (d) participant has breach any terms & conditions or other rules and regulations of the Campaign or violates any applicable laws or regulations; and (e) any other reasons Grab deems fit at Grab\u2019s sole discretion.<\/li>\n
      5. Grab shall not be liable for any claims by the participants or be accountable for third-party claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third party, consequential or other damages resulting from or related to this Campaign.<\/span><\/li>\n
      6. Participants agreed that they are in compliance with Grab\u2019s Terms of Service applicable for the Campaign, as stipulated in the Grab app.<\/span><\/li>\n
      7. By participating in the Campaign, Participants consent to Grab’s collection, use, disclosure and otherwise processing of their personal data to facilitate the conduct of the Campaign (including notifying the winners, announcing the winners on Grab’s online platforms, delivery\/collection of Rewards) and for advertising, promotional, marketing and\/or other related purposes without compensation, in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Grab’s Privacy Notice (<\/span>https:\/\/www.grab.com\/my\/terms-policies\/privacy-notice\/<\/span><\/a>).<\/span><\/li>\n
      8. Participants warrant and represents that (a) their entries do not at any time infringe or violate any laws or any third party\u2019s rights, including but not limited to privacy rights, intellectual property rights, copyright, moral rights, trademarks or business name; (b) their entries are original and have never been displayed or published in any media form, including but not limited to the internet, radio, video, television broadcast and have never been used or submitted in connection with <\/span>any contest held anywhere in the world.<\/span><\/li>\n
      9. These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of Malaysia and any disputes related thereto shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian court.<\/span><\/li>\n
      10.
