Campaign Terms and Conditions<\/b><\/p>\n

By taking part in this campaign, you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions which may be modified by the Company<\/span>.<\/span> You further agree that all decisions of the Company and Thailand Privilege Card relating to the Campaign and issuance of the Reward (as defined below) shall be final and conclusive.<\/span><\/p>\n

You further acknowledge and agree that any application for the Thailand Privilege Card is subject to separate terms and conditions and that your participation in this Campaign does not guarantee a successful application for the Thailand Privilege Card.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Eligible Participants (referred to as \u201cyou\u201d or \u201cGrab user\u201d)<\/b><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. A Grab user must be an expatriate living or staying in Singapore in order to be eligible to participate in the Campaign. Grab user\u2019s eligibility will be determined by their responses to the GrabAds Lead Form (as described below).<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Each eligible Grab user gets one chance to win the Reward (as defined below) for the period specified in the Campaign Duration.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. All employees (both permanent and fixed term contract) of the Company, family members of the employees of the Company and\/or advertisement representatives of the Campaign are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to disqualify any participant or reject participants deemed ineligible for the Campaign.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Campaign Mechanics\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

    The Rewards To GrabAds x Thailand Privilege Card Campaign mechanics are as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. \u00a0In order for Grab user to stand a chance to win the Reward , the Grab user\u00a0 must:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      (i) <\/span> complete the GrabAds Lead Form for the Thailand Privilege Card Product and agree to all the terms and conditions referred to in the Lead Form during the Campaign Period via the Grab app; and\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      (ii) be contacted by Thailand Privilege Card and successfully apply to be a Thailand Privilege Card member.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

       <\/p>\n

      Reward Details\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. \u00a0There is a total of 1 reward for 1 user in Singapore\u00a0 to earn 30,000 GrabRewards Points (the \u201c<\/span>Reward<\/b>\u201d).<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. The Reward is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for any type of monetary value.<\/span><\/li>\n
      3. \u00a0The winner of the Reward will be decided by Thailand Privilege Card and such decision is final in nature. For the avoidance of doubt, Grab will not be involved in deciding the winner of the Reward.<\/span><\/li>\n
      4. If Grab determines that the winner was not entitled to participate, or if the winner is subsequently disqualified from participation, or has engaged in any fraudulent or inappropriate conduct, Grab may forfeit the prize, at Grab\u2019s discretion.<\/span><\/li>\n
      5. Grab shall not be liable for any claims by the participants or be accountable for third-party claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third party, <\/span>consequential or other damages resulting from or related to this Campaign.<\/span><\/li>\n
      6. These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. and any disputes related thereto shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.<\/span><\/li>\n
      7.
