Terms and conditions of GrabPay – Food Challenge for Citi Grab credit card<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Consumers must click to accept the Challenge before participation otherwise the system will not accumulate the GrabFood orders for the Challenge. Each Challenge cannot be shared and is specially designed for each consumer who may receive different Challenges and limited to the consumer who has access to the Challenge only via Grab app.<\/li>\n
  2. Challenge period is valid from 1 July 2022<\/strong> 00.00 AM to 31 July 2022<\/strong> 23.59 PM or until redemptions last.<\/li>\n
  3. The Challenge accumulates only successful GrabFood orders with the value equals to or more than 400 Baht<\/strong> (net of auto-applied merchant-specific discount and excluding delivery fee and any other promotions) which the transaction made via GrabPay using Citi Grab credit card <\/strong>and valid with GrabFood orders from specific merchants without \u2018Non-Partner\u2019 tag only.<\/li>\n
  4. Any GrabFood order which is not in accordance with these conditions or in accordance with these conditions but has been canceled or uncompleted will not contribute towards this Challenge.<\/li>\n
  5. This Challenge cannot be replayed once it is completed or the period has ended, whereby the Challenge is completed when the user successfully completes 10 eligible GrabFood orders with payment via GrabPay using Citi Grab credit card during the Challenge period.<\/li>\n
  6. Consumers who complete the 1st – 8th challenge with minimum spending THB 400 each time will receive a THB 75 GrabFood discount for the next purchase of THB 300 each time. Rewards are limited to 500 redemptions in each level of eligibility.<\/li>\n
  7. Consumers who complete the 9th challenge with minimum spending THB 400 will receive a THB 100 GrabFood discount for the next purchase of THB 300. Rewards are limited to 500 redemptions.<\/li>\n
  8. Consumers who complete the 10th challenge with minimum spending THB 400 will receive THB 250 GrabFood discount, eligible for 2 redemptions for the next purchase of THB 250 each time. Rewards are limited to 500 redemptions.<\/li>\n
  9. The discount reward will be sent into \u2018My Rewards\u2019 automatically within 3 working days after completing an eligible GrabFood orders.<\/li>\n
  10. The discount rewards are applicable to GrabFood orders from specific merchants without \u2018Non-Partner\u2019 tag only and the transactions must be made via GrabPay using a Citi Grab credit card <\/strong>and valid until 30 September 2022.<\/li>\n
  11. The discount rewards cannot be combined with any other Grab promotions except auto-applied merchant-specific discount and\/or delivery fee discount from GrabUnlimited<\/strong> and cannot be changed or transferred to be cash or other rewards.<\/li>\n
  12. Each reward is governed by its applicable terms and conditions. Please refer to the terms and conditions of each reward.<\/li>\n
  13. Consumers acknowledge that they have read, and do hereby accept the terms and conditions contained in the application.<\/li>\n
  14. All rewards must be claimed\/redeemed within the stipulated deadline. Upon the stipulated deadline, rewards cannot be claimed.\u00a0 Grab shall not be obliged to make any compensation or payment for such reward.<\/li>\n
  15. Grab reserves its rights to refuse the reward redemption in case of fraud.<\/li>\n
  16. All rewards are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash\/credit in kind.<\/li>\n
  17. In case of any dispute, Grab\u2019s decision shall be final and conclusive.<\/li>\n
  18.
