What are the differences between GrabTaxi and JustGrab jobs?
- GrabTaxi jobs are metered, and JustGrab jobs are upfront fares.
- Booking fees apply to GrabTaxi jobs, but won’t apply for JustGrab jobs.
- Dynamic pricing is only applicable for JustGrab jobs.
- The fee structure of JustGrab jobs is as per below:

What is JustGrab?

Receive and accept a JustGrab job
The JustGrab icon will appear at the top of the job card along with the Fixed Fare. Click ACCEPT JOB to proceed with the job.

Pick-up your passenger
Proceed to the pickup location and PICK-UP your passenger.

Drive to the destination
Select DROP-OFF once you've reached your destination

Collect your fare and drop off the passenger
The fixed fare is auto populated. Remember to add in any tolls & surcharges before clicking on proceed.

What is JustGrab?
JustGrab assigns passengers the nearest vehicle, either a GrabCar or GrabTaxi, at an upfront fare.
How will I know if it’s a JustGrab job?
Your incoming JustGrab job card will have a unique JustGrab tag, and so, whenever you see this – it’s a JustGrab job with an upfront fare!
As a GrabTaxi driver, what changes for me?
JustGrab jobs are determined upfront, this is the fare that you will collect from passengers.
Do tolls, fees and surcharges contribute to my points?
No, GrabRewards points will not be awarded for tolls, fees and other surcharges.
Will this affect my AR/CR/DR?
Yes, jobs on JustGrab will affect your AR/CR/DR as any other jobs. These will be calculated based off your JustGrab & GrabTaxi bookings.
