Grab’s No show policy

Grab’s Update

In order to facilitate driver’s partner and enhance food delivery’s efficiency, Grab would like to notify the updated policy pertaining Grab’s food delivery service: if our driver’s partner is unable to contact the customer within 15 minutes from the arrival time; the driver’s partner shall, after verified by Grab’s customer service center, place your food at the drop-off point. Order then shall be marked as completed.


For order paid by GrabPay and GrabPay Wallet: food price shall be fully charged to your account.

For order paid by cash: your Grab’s account shall be temporarily suspend until your food price is fully paid, whereby customer may make a payment of such food price by contacting Grab’s customer service center.
