How to get discount:
1. Order GrabFood minimum spending of 300 (before discount and delivery fee excluded with a merchant without Non-Partner tag) and pay with credit/debit cards from participating banks via GrabPay or use GrabPay Wallet during 22 Nov – 19 Dec 2021. You will receive discount for each selected milestones.
2. When you reach selected milestones, you will receive a discount voucher in My Rewards. You can use the discount for the next order by paying with the same method. The voucher valid only until 31 Dec 21

Terms and conditions of GrabPay – Land of Pay for Citi Grab credit card

  1. Each Challenge cannot be shared and is specially designed for each consumer who may receive different Challenges and limited to the consumer who has access to the Challenge only via Grab app. 
  2. Challenge period is valid from 22 November 2021 00.00 AM to 19 December 2021 23.59 PM or until redemptions last.
  3. The Challenge accumulates only successful GrabFood orders with the value equals to or more than 300 Baht (before discount and delivery fee excluded) which the transaction made via GrabPay using Citi Grab credit card and valid with GrabFood orders from specific merchants without ‘Non-Partner’ tag only.
  4. Any GrabFood order which is not in accordance with these conditions or in accordance with these conditions but has been cancelled or uncompleted will not contribute towards this Challenge.
  5. This Challenge cannot be replayed once it is completed or the period has ended, whereby the Challenge is completed when the user successfully completes 15 eligible GrabFood orders with payment via GrabPay using participating cards during the Challenge period.
  6. Consumers will receive a 100 Baht GrabFood discount with a minimum spending of 300 Baht each time after completing 1st, 3rd, 5th and 7th eligible GrabFood orders whereby rewards have limited quantities (760 rights in each step).

  4. Any GrabFood order which is not in accordance with these conditions or in accordance with these conditions but has been cancelled or uncompleted will not contribute towards this Challenge.
  5. This Challenge cannot be replayed once it is completed or the period has ended, whereby the Challenge is completed when the user successfully completes 15 eligible GrabFood orders with payment via GrabPay using participating cards during the Challenge period.
  6. Consumers will receive a 85 Baht GrabFood discount with a minimum spending of 300 Baht each time after completing 1st, 3rd, and 5th eligible GrabFood orders whereby rewards have limited quantities (250 rights in each step).
  7. Consumers will receive a 120 Baht GrabFood discount with a minimum spending of 400 Baht after completing 7th, 9th, and 10th eligible GrabFood orders whereby rewards have limited quantities (250 rights in each step).
  8. The discount reward will be sent into ‘My Rewards’ automatically after completing an eligible GrabFood order.
  9. The discount rewards are applicable to GrabFood orders from specific merchants without ‘Non-Partner’ tag only and the transactions must be made via GrabPay using a Central The 1 credit card and valid until 31 December 2021.
  10. Each reward is governed by its applicable terms and conditions. Please refer to the terms and conditions of each reward.
  11. Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw and cancel any reward redemption in case of fraud.
  12. Grab may, at its sole and absolute discretion, substitute the reward for another reward of similar value, in circumstances that include unavailability of the original reward, illegality or non-feasibility.
  13. Consumers acknowledge that they have read, and do hereby accept the terms and conditions contained in the application.
  14. All rewards must be claimed/redeemed within the stipulated deadline. Upon the stipulated deadline, rewards cannot be claimed.  Grab shall not be obliged to make any compensation or payment for such reward.
  15. Grab reserves its rights to refuse the reward redemption in case of fraud.
  16. All rewards are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash/credit in kind.
  17. Grab reserves its rights to change or modify these terms and conditions without any prior notice and you agree to be bound by such change or modification. 
  18. In case of any dispute, Grab’s decision shall be final and conclusive.
  19. In claiming the reward, Grab may request for your identification documents or further information to verify and check the identity of the reward winner, in order to prevent gaming or fraud.
  20. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand.

Terms and conditions of GrabPay – Lotus’s credit card

  1. Each Challenge cannot be shared and is specially designed for each consumer who may receive different Challenges and limited to the consumer who has access to the Challenge only via Grab app. 
  2. Challenge period is valid from 22 November 2021 00.00 AM to 19 December 2021 23.59 PM or until redemptions last.
  3. The Challenge accumulates only successful GrabFood orders with the value equals to or more than 300 Baht (before discount and delivery fee excluded) which the transaction made via GrabPay using a Lotus’s credit card and valid with GrabFood orders from specific merchants without ‘Non-Partner’ tag only.
