Now you can do it via the Help Centre<\/span><\/p>\n

Recently, we\u2019ve launched the <\/span>Grab Fair Play Rewards Programme<\/span>, a programme where driver-partners can get rewarded <\/span>up to USD $1,000<\/span>\u00a0based on severity and novelty of the reported fraud cases. <\/span><\/p>\n

In our efforts to provide driver-partners a platform to stand up and voice out against unfair use and abuse of the service, we\u2019ve taken the step to simplified the reporting process. <\/span><\/p>\n

Now, driver-partners can submit a report faster and easier <\/span>via the Help Centre<\/span>!<\/span><\/p>\n

How do I submit a report?<\/span><\/h1>\n

1) Submitting the report using an Android device<\/span><\/h1>\n

<\/p>\n

Here is how you can submit a report via the Help Centre if you are an <\/span>Android user:<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. Launch your Grab Driver Application<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Tap on \u2018<\/span>More<\/span>\u2019 and look for \u2018<\/span>Support<\/span>\u2019 <\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Tap on \u2018<\/span>Help Centre<\/span>\u2019<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. Search and tap on \u2018<\/span>Submit FairPlay<\/span>\u2019<\/span><\/li>\n
    5. Fill in the required details and submit the report<\/span><\/li>\n
    6. Wait for a reply from us via your email address registered with Grab<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      2) Submitting the report using an iOS device<\/span><\/h1>\n

      4. Search and tap on \u2018<\/span>Submit FairPlay<\/span>\u2019<\/span><\/li>\n
      5. Fill in the required details and submit the report<\/span><\/li>\n
      6. Wait for a reply from us via your email address registered with Grab<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
