The Reservation Services are provided by The Chope Group Pte. Ltd. (\u201c<\/span><b>Chope<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d) and these Reservation Services Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Chope. Grab merely acts as a platform service provider, offering its platform for Chope to provide its Reservation Services through the Platform. By using the Reservation Services, you agree to be bound by these Reservation Services Terms and Chope Terms and Conditions available at https:\/\/www.chope.co\/singapore-restaurants\/tc?source=chope.com.sg. If you do not agree, please do not use the Reservation Services.<\/span><\/p><h3><b>1. GENERAL TERMS<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.1 These Reservation Services Terms apply to all users making reservations through the Platform.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.2 Chope reserves the right to update these Reservation Services Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Reservation Services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.3 Additional terms may apply based on local regulations and restaurant policies.<\/span><\/p><h3><b>2. RESERVATION PROCESS<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.1 You may book restaurant reservations through the Platform by selecting an available restaurant, date, time, and number of guests.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.2 A reservation confirmation will be provided within the Platform and\/or via email or SMS.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.3 You are responsible for arriving at the restaurant at the specified reservation time. Late arrivals may result in cancellation at the restaurant\u2019s discretion.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.4 Some reservations may require deposits or pre-payments, which are subject to the restaurant\u2019s refund policy. These requirements will be displayed at the time of booking. Any refunds for cancellations will be handled directly by the restaurant.<\/span><\/p><h3><b>3. MODIFICATIONS &amp; CANCELLATIONS<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.1 You may modify or cancel reservations through the Platform, subject to the restaurant\u2019s policies.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.2 Restaurants reserve the right to cancel reservations in case of unforeseen circumstances or non-compliance with restaurant policies.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.3 Restaurants may set their own cancellation policies, which will be displayed before booking confirmation.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3.4 Failure to honor reservations (no-shows) may result in penalties imposed by restaurants, including forfeiting deposits or restrictions on future reservations.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><h3><b>4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.1 You must provide accurate personal and contact details when making reservations.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.2 You are responsible for adhering to restaurant policies, including dress codes and dining durations.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.3 Misuse of the Reservation Services, including repeated no-shows, may result in account restrictions.<\/span><\/p><p>4.4 In<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0circumstances where a Restaurant contests your attendance, you agree to provide verifiable proof of fulfillment within seven (7) calendar days following the reservation date. Acceptable documentation includes but is not limited to: original time\/date-stamped receipts, electronic payment confirmations, or other transaction records from the venue. Chope reserves the right to resolve all disputed claims in its sole discretion.<\/span><\/p><h3><b>5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.1 Chope acts as a facilitator between you and restaurants. Chope is not liable for service quality, food, or any disputes arising between you and restaurants. Any disputes related to food quality, service, or pricing must be resolved directly between you and the restaurant.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.2 Chope shall not be liable for any loss, damages, or expenses arising from the restaurant\u2019s service.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5.3 In the event of a system failure, Chope will make reasonable efforts to restore services but is not liable for disruptions.<\/span><\/p><h3><b>6. PRIVACY &amp; DATA PROTECTION<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6.1 By using the Reservation Services, users consent to Chope collecting and processing personal data in accordance with <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.chope.co\/singapore-restaurants\/tc?source=chope.com.sg\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chope\u2019s Privacy Policy<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6.2 Chope may share reservation details with partner restaurants for reservation fulfillment purposes.<\/span><\/p><h3><b>7. GRAB LOYALTY UNITS<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7.1 Grab loyalty units (&#8220;loyalty units&#8221;) shall be awarded for reservations, subject to Clause 7 of these Reservation Services Terms and <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.grab.com\/sg\/terms-policies\/payment-rewards\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Grab\u2019s Terms of Service: Payment.<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> All defined terms in this Clause 7 which are not defined in these Reservation Services Terms carry the same meaning as defined in the Terms of Service: Payment.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7.2 Loyalty units shall only be awarded for reservations that meet all following requirements: (i) created exclusively through the Grab Application; (ii) completed while you are actively logged into your\u00a0 registered Grab account; and (iii) subsequently honoured by you through full attendance at the reserved time and location.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7.3 Loyalty units shall be awarded only for the first two (2) completed dining reservations per user per calendar day. Reservations exceeding this daily threshold, regardless of completion status, shall not qualify for loyalty units eligibility.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7.4 Loyalty units accrued through fraudulent reservations, system manipulation, or other prohibited activities may be immediately revoked at Grab&#8217;s absolute discretion without prior notice.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7.5 All claims regarding loyalty units allocation must be formally submitted via a contact form on Grab within fourteen (14) business days of the original reservation date. To facilitate prompt resolution, claimants must include:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Complete reservation reference details<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Documentary evidence of reservation fulfillment<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clear description of the disputed matter<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h3><b>8. GOVERNING LAW &amp; DISPUTE RESOLUTION<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">8.1 These Reservation Services Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">8.2 Any disputes shall be resolved amicably between you and Chope. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (\u201c<\/span><b>SIAC<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d), in accordance with the Rules of the SIAC as modified or amended from time to time (the \u201c<\/span><b>Rules<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d) by a sole arbitrator appointed by the mutual agreement of you and Chope (the \u201c<\/span><b>Arbitrator<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d). If you and Chope are unable to agree on an arbitrator, the Arbitrator shall be appointed by the President of SIAC in accordance with the Rules. The seat and venue of the arbitration shall be Singapore, in the English language and the fees of the Arbitrator shall be borne equally by you and Chope, provided that the Arbitrator may require that such fees be borne in such other manner as the Arbitrator determines is required in order for this arbitration clause to be enforceable under applicable law.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"template":"","acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.grab.com\/sg\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/policy\/243694"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.grab.com\/sg\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/policy"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.grab.com\/sg\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/policy"}],"version-history":[{"count":27,"href":"https:\/\/www.grab.com\/sg\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/policy\/243694\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":253708,"href":"https:\/\/www.grab.com\/sg\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/policy\/243694\/revisions\/253708"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.grab.com\/sg\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=243694"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
