Then simply redeem your vouchers any participating merchant outlet listed on <\/span>grab.com\/sg\/GrabPayDealbook<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n

How much is the GrabPay Dealbook?<\/b><\/p>\n

The GrabPay Dealbook is available at a promotional price of $14.90 (UP $30), while stocks last so hurry before the promotional price is sold out! Once the $14.90 plans have sold out, each GrabPay Dealbook subscription will be priced at $30.<\/span><\/p>\n

Who can subscribe to the GrabPay Dealbook?<\/b><\/p>\n

This plan is open to all Grab users in Singapore!<\/span><\/p>\n

How do I subscribe to the GrabPay Dealbook?<\/b><\/p>\n

Open your Grab app and look for \u2018GrabPay Dealbook\u2019 under Subscriptions. Upon a successful subscription, you will receive a set of 100 1-for-1 dining vouchers that you will be able to redeem at participating merchant outlets.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Where can I use the GrabPay Dealbook? \/ Where can I redeem my 1-for-1 vouchers?<\/b><\/p>\n

The full list of participating merchants can be found on <\/span>grab.com\/sg\/GrabPayDealbook<\/span><\/a>. Individual merchant T&Cs (such as menu restrictions, date restrictions, outlet exclusions, redemption limits etc) apply. To avoid disappointment, we strongly encourage you to contact the restaurant to confirm availability of the 1-for-1 redemption or make a reservation prior to your meal!<\/span><\/p>\n

Deal terms and validity are also merchant-specific and individual merchant T&Cs (such as menu restrictions, validity restrictions, outlet exclusions, redemption limits) apply. Do note that a partner merchant also reserves the right to withdraw from the Dealbook without prior notice, so stay tuned to our page for the most updated list of participating merchants.<\/p>\n

How often will the list of merchant partners on the GrabPay Dealbook be updated?<\/b><\/p>\n

We will continually introduce new merchants to the list, so stay tuned for the latest additions!<\/p>\n

When can I use the GrabPay Dealbook? \/ What is the validity period of the vouchers?<\/b><\/p>\n

You will be able to use the vouchers for a period of 6 months from your date of subscription. After which, your subscription plan will renew automatically.<\/span><\/p>\n

Will I earn GrabRewards points with the GrabPay Dealbook?<\/b><\/p>\n

Points will not be awarded when you make payment for the GrabPay Dealbook subscription itself. However, you will continue to earn GrabRewards points on all your post-discount (i.e. net bill amount after redemption of the 1-for-1 voucher) GrabPay transactions at our merchant outlets.<\/span><\/p>\n

How can I redeem my 1-for-1 vouchers?<\/b><\/p>\n

Simply inform the merchant outlet staff that you wish to redeem the GrabPay Dealbook 1-for-1 dining voucher before ordering. The 1-for-1 discount will be applied to the lower priced menu item from the valid menu selections. The merchant outlet staff will then key in a 4-PIN code on your voucher for the redemption to be deemed completed.<\/span><\/p>\n

Do note that you are limited to one voucher redemption per transaction. To redeem, payment must also be made in a single transaction (i.e. no split bill.) Payment must be made via GrabPay only.<\/span><\/p>\n

Is there a cap on the number of vouchers I can redeem?<\/b><\/p>\n

Upon a successful subscription, you will receive a set of 100 1-for-1 dining vouchers that you will be able to redeem at participating merchant outlets. You can utilise all 100 of them – as long as it is within your 6-month subscription period.<\/span><\/p>\n

When will my GrabPay Dealbook expire?<\/b><\/p>\n

All plans will be auto-renewed after 6 months from your initial subscription date, and charges will be deducted from your GrabPay Credits balance on each billing date.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you have insufficient balance, your plan will not be auto-renewed. Grab will send a top-up reminder to you 2 days before the next billing date, and your plan will be placed \u201cOn Hold\u201d for up to 48 hours. During this time, you may top up your balance and manually renew your plan in your app. Our system will attempt another renewal at the end of this 48 hours \u201cOn Hold\u201d status. If that fails, your plan will expire and you will need to re-subscribe to it (subject to availability).<\/span><\/p>\n

If you do not wish to keep your plan, please remember to cancel them before your next billing date.<\/span><\/p>\n

I purchased the GrabPay Dealbook wrongly, can I get a refund?<\/b><\/p>\n

Plans are non-refundable. If you wish to unsubscribe, remember to \u201cCancel Plan\u201d before the next billing date.<\/span><\/p>\n

I\u2019ve used up all my vouchers, can I purchase another GrabPay Dealbook?<\/b><\/p>\n

The GrabPay Dealbook is designed to be used over six calendar months. Once you have used up all your vouchers, please wait for the next billing cycle to get a new set of vouchers.<\/span><\/p>\n

How can I cancel my plan?<\/b><\/p>\n

All plans will be auto-renewed after 6 months from your initial subscription date, and charges will be deducted from your GrabPay Credits balance on each billing date. If you do not wish to keep your plan, please remember to cancel them before your next billing date.<\/span><\/p>\n

Will Grab make changes to the GrabPay Dealbook I\u2019m currently subscribed to?<\/b><\/p>\n

We reserve the right to make any changes to your plan at any point in time. However, prior to making any changes to your plan, users will be notified 2 months prior through in-app notification, as well as email (remember to subscribe to Grab communications to receive this).<\/span><\/p>\n

All subscription plans are of limited availability and once they are fully subscribed, they will no longer be available on the Grab app (for subscription and re-subscription).<\/span><\/p>\n

Do ensure that you have sufficient GrabPay Credit balance before your plan\u2019s next billing date to continue enjoying your plans.<\/span><\/p>\n
