Terms and Conditions for \u201cShop Now Pay Later \u2013 Smartphone\u201d – Samsung Galaxy Note 10+<\/strong><\/h2>\n

1. Participation<\/strong><\/p>\n

You agree to participate in the \u201cShop Now Pay Later \u2013 Smartphone\u201d offer (the \u201cOffer\u201d), provided by GFin Services (S) Pte. Ltd. (\u201cGrab\u201d, or the \u201cCompany\u201d) subject to remaining an active Grab
\nDriver-Partner on the Grab platform, together with any other terms and conditions determined by the Company.<\/p>\n

2. Selection of Merchandise <\/strong><\/p>\n

You may select your preferred model from the selection of smartphone(s) made available on the application form for collection in Grab\u2019s partner store \u2013 Arrow Communication Group<\/strong> (\u201cArrow\u201d), and agree to the repayment terms stipulated in the Application Form over a period of 26 weeks.<\/p>\n

After your selection of the preferred smartphone model (2 colors available but subject to availability during pickup), during the opt-in period via the application form, you may proceed to collect the smartphone at location stipulated below on the date and time within the confirmation provided to you after a successful application:<\/p>\n

3. Driver-Partner\u2019s Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

By participating and subscribing to this Offer, you accept and consent that you shall be responsible and liable for the Weekly Repayment to Grab (detailed below) applicable to this Offer, and you hereby acknowledge the notice that the receivable
\nof the debt created by your purchase of the merchandise shall be assigned by Arrow to the Company.<\/p>\n

For the avoidance of doubt, Arrow shall remain fully liable to perform all their obligations under the sales invoice, and the Company is under no liability whatsoever in the event of any failure Arrow to perform their obligations thereunder.<\/p>\n

Once you have opted in for the preferred phone model in the application form, confirmed your interest via SMS and upon subsequent failure to pick up the Mobile Phones, you may be liable for a 10% cancellation fee.<\/p>\n

4. Repayment<\/strong><\/p>\n

Based on a final aggregate purchase amount, you will be required to repay in 26 equal installments<\/strong> with 0% interest.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This Weekly Payment schedule follows the same pattern and continues for 26 weeks after the first deduction is made<\/em><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Weekly Repayment shall be made via deductions from the Driver-Partner\u2019s cash and\/or credit wallet shall commence from the date of collection stipulated in the confirmation, and shall continue every Monday for 26 consecutive weeks until
\npayment of the total invoice is completed. Weekly Repayment is due on Monday of every week. Outstanding amounts will be deducted on the subsequent days.<\/p>\n

All payments shall be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD).<\/p>\n

5. Delays or default in Repayment<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Company reserves all rights to seek repayment from you in the event of a failure to comply with your repayment obligations under these Terms and Conditions or your termination as a Grab Driver-Partner.<\/p>\n

As a security measure, you hereby acknowledge that the Company may block the smartphone IMEI and\/or its mobile number linked to the smartphone, and install a security system which allows the Company to initiate phone lockdown in the event
\nsecurity of the smartphone is threatened and\/or where you have defaulted on your weekly payment for two weeks or more. You hereby agree that you will not reboot or reverse engineer the smartphone which may interfere with the security system of the
\nsmartphone. Upon the completion of repayment schedule, the Company shall automatically lift the security system.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

6. Smartphone product and warranty <\/strong><\/p>\n

The smartphone purchased is not exchangeable or refundable. Should there be a manufacturing defect, please call or visit Samsung\u2019s customer service centre at the address provided below. Samsung upon examination may in its sole discretion offer an exchange should the smartphone be covered under manufacturing defect warranty.<\/p>\n

Notwithstanding the exchange policy of Samsung, each smartphone comes with a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.<\/p>\n

7. Miscellaneous<\/strong><\/p>\n
