However, only active members are entitled to the benefits in Hitch Club.<\/li><li>To be an active member, you need to complete at least 1 ride since the previous calendar quarter. Otherwise, you will be considered an inactive member and you will need to complete 1 ride to become an active member again, effective on the next refresh.<\/li><li>As an active member of Hitch Club, you will gain access to Hitch benefits and Partner benefits \u2013 promotions, discounts, free gifts, promotion codes and other benefits offered by the Company and\/or third party merchants from time to time.<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n                <\/div>\n                            <div class=\"elementor-accordion-item\">\n                    <div id=\"elementor-tab-title-1412\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"tab\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1412\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n                                                    <span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon elementor-accordion-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n                                                            <i class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-closed fa fa-angle-down\"><\/i>\n                                <i class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-opened fa fa-angle-up\"><\/i>\n                                                        <\/span>\n                                                                        <a class=\"elementor-accordion-title\" href=\"\">Earning Points<\/a>\n                    <\/div>\n                    <div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1412\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1412\"><ul><li>The Company may, at its sole and absolute discretion, award you points (\u201cPoints\u201d) based on your driving activity. Bookings that are completed in the app more than 30 days after the stipulated pickup time will not be awarded any points.<\/li><li>The Points you have earned determine the membership tier (\u201cTier\u201d) that you are in and its respective benefits you are entitled to.<\/li><li>Points have no cash or monetary value and are not redeemable for cash in any form. They cannot be purchased, re-sold or transferred, for value or otherwise, under any circumstances.<\/li><li>Points shall not be regarded, construed, or used as valuable or exchangeable instruments under any circumstances.<\/li><li>The Company may, at its sole and absolute discretion, increase or decrease the rate of Points to be awarded for each selected booking as may be notified to you from time to time. You shall not be entitled to request from the Company any explanation<br \/>pertaining to the calculation methods (for crediting the Points) or other matters relating to the Points or discounts for whatsoever purposes.<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n                <\/div>\n                            <div class=\"elementor-accordion-item\">\n                    <div id=\"elementor-tab-title-1413\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"tab\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1413\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n                                                    <span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon elementor-accordion-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n                                                            <i class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-closed fa fa-angle-down\"><\/i>\n                                <i class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-opened fa fa-angle-up\"><\/i>\n                                                        <\/span>\n                                                                        <a class=\"elementor-accordion-title\" href=\"\">Qualifying for Tiers<\/a>\n                    <\/div>\n                    <div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1413\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1413\"><ul><li>Hitch Club offers four Tiers for active members, as follows:<ul><li>\u201cRookie\u201d<\/li><li>\u201cGo-Getter\u201d<\/li><li>\u201cPro\u201d<\/li><li>\u201cChamp\u201d<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><ul><li>The number of Points required to achieve each Tier within the period (which is defined as a calendar quarter in Hitch Club), as set out below:\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><table class=\"table table-bordered\"><thead><tr><td><p><strong>Membership Tier<\/strong><\/p><\/td><td><p><strong>Requisite Points to be earned within the calendar quarter<\/strong><\/p><\/td><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td><p>Rookie<\/p><\/td><td><p>50<\/p><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><p>Go-Getter<\/p><\/td><td><p>6,500<\/p><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><p>Pro<\/p><\/td><td><p>20,000<\/p><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><p>Champ<\/p><\/td><td><p>35,000<\/p><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><ul><li>Your Tier and Points are calculated in weekly intervals, Monday 00:00:00 to Sunday 23:59:59.<\/li><li>Every Monday 14:00:00, your profile, i.e. latest achieved Tier and Points will be accessible to you via the Application (or next working day if Monday falls on a public holiday), reflecting the previous week\u2019s activity. The Company reserves the<br \/>right to communicate this to you via alternative channels.<\/li><li>You may upgrade to the next relevant Tier during the quarter if you have earned the requisite Points based on your previous week\u2019s activity.<\/li><li>You will not be downgraded during the quarter with the exception of completed bookings that are cancelled retrospectively in cases of refund which may result in a lower Points balance and the corresponding downgrade in Tier if applicable.<\/li><li>Your Points balance at the end of a quarter will be reset to zero at the start of a new quarter, regardless of your last achieved tier.<\/li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 12px;\">However, you will get to retain your last achieved Tier as set out below:<\/li><\/ul><table class=\"table table-bordered\"><thead><tr><td><p><strong>Tier achieved between\u2026<\/strong><\/p><\/td><td><p><strong>Will be valid until\u2026<\/strong><\/p><\/td><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td><p>Quarter 1: 1 January \u2013 31 March<\/p><\/td><td><p>30 June of that calendar year<\/p><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><p>Quarter 2: 1 April \u2013 30 June<\/p><\/td><td><p>30 September of that calendar year<\/p><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><p>Quarter 3: 1 July \u2013 30 September<\/p><\/td><td><p>31 December of that calendar year<\/p><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><p>Quarter 4: 1 October \u2013 31 December<\/p><\/td><td><p>31 March of the next calendar year<\/p><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><div><span style=\"color: #565d6b;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div><ul><li style=\"margin-bottom: 12px;\">Upon expiration of your membership tenure in a particular Tier and if you have not earned sufficient Points to be retained in that Tier, you shall be downgraded to the next relevant membership Tier.<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n                <\/div>\n                            <div class=\"elementor-accordion-item\">\n                    <div id=\"elementor-tab-title-1414\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"tab\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1414\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n                                                    <span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon elementor-accordion-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n                                                            <i class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-closed fa fa-angle-down\"><\/i>\n                                <i class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-opened fa fa-angle-up\"><\/i>\n                                                        <\/span>\n                                                                        <a class=\"elementor-accordion-title\" href=\"\">Hitch Club Benefits<\/a>\n                    <\/div>\n                    <div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1414\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1414\"><ul><li>Hitch Club offers two categories of benefits:<ul><li>\u201cHitch Benefits\u201d \u2013 benefits directly related to your GrabHitch driving experience<\/li><li>\u201cPartner Benefits\u201d \u2013 benefits offered by our merchants<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Hitch Benefits<\/li><\/ul><ol type=\"a\"><li>Reduced Platform Fee<ul><li>Eligible for drivers in Pro and Champ tier only, determined at 8% and 5% respectively.<\/li><li>Effective from the day you qualify for Pro\/Champ as indicated in the app, i.e. all completed rides with pickup time after Monday 00:00 will be charged at the new rate.<\/li><li>Deduction will be rounded down to the nearest ten-cent, e.g. 5% on $11 fare ride will be charged at $0.50 (rounded down from $0.55)<\/li><li>Reflected in your driver wallet within 1-2 working days after your ride is completed as per standard procedure.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>No-Show Guarantee<ul><li>Eligible for drivers in Go-Getter, Pro and Champ tier only.<\/li><li>No-shows must be reported within 24 hours from pickup time as indicated in the booking<\/li><li>Claims must be submitted via Help Centre\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/help.grab.com\/hc\/en-sg\/articles\/360001924107-[Hitch-Club]-Claim-for-No-Show-Guarantee\">here<\/a>. All details must be provided, including evidence of no-show (either screenshot of text messages or call log)<\/li><li>Awarded up to 3 times a month for drivers who are Champ on the day of no-show and once a month for Go-Getter and Pro.<\/li><li>Credited into your driver wallet within 5 working days after it has been verified.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Priority Hotline<ul><li>Eligible for drivers in Champ tier only.<\/li><li>Accessible via Grab Daily in the passenger mode of your Grab app.<\/li><li>Operating hours: 8am to 12am daily.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Feature Testing<ul><li>Eligible for drivers in Go-Getter, Pro and Champ tier only.<\/li><li>Sessions are conducted on an ad-hoc basis.<\/li><li>Participants will be selected randomly in the event of overwhelming response.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Exclusive Grab Events<ul><li>Eligible for drivers in Go-Getter, Pro and Champ tier only.<\/li><li>Participants will be selected randomly in the event of overwhelming response.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol><ul><li>Partner Benefits<ul><li>Available on the homepage of the Hitch Club website.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Benefits may be relevant to all tiers or only specific to particular tiers, and may also change from quarter to quarter, as indicated on the Application and website.<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n                <\/div>\n                            <div class=\"elementor-accordion-item\">\n                    <div id=\"elementor-tab-title-1415\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"5\" role=\"tab\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1415\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n                                                    <span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon elementor-accordion-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n                                                            <i class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-closed fa fa-angle-down\"><\/i>\n                                <i class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-opened fa fa-angle-up\"><\/i>\n                                                        <\/span>\n                                                                        <a class=\"elementor-accordion-title\" href=\"\">General<\/a>\n                    <\/div>\n                    <div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1415\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"5\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1415\"><ul><li>To the extent as permitted by applicable laws, the Company reserves the right at any time to:<\/li><\/ul><ol type=\"a\"><li>vary, modify or amend the terms and conditions of Hitch Club (including adding or deleting any terms);<\/li><li>terminate or modify Hitch Club;<\/li><li>revoke, adjust and\/or recalculate any Points awarded;<\/li><li>change the number of Points that can be earned on completing a ride;<\/li><li>modify the qualifications and eligibility for earning Points;<\/li><li>modify the activities that earn Points;<\/li><li>modify the methods used to calculate the number of Points to be awarded;<\/li><li>withhold or cease the awarding of Points to you;<\/li><li>modify the qualifying Points or other criteria for membership tier upgrades and renewals;
