Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to end the Challenge or any component thereof at any time, without giving prior notice or compensation in cash or in kind.<\/li>\n \t<li>Only eligible orders transacted from merchants under the \u201cOnly on Grab\u201d category in the Grab App from 13 July 2026 (10.00am) \u2013 24 July 2026 (11.59pm) will count towards the Sanrio Characters \u2661 Only on Grab Challenge, while redemptions last.<\/li>\n \t<li>An eligible transaction is defined as meeting the minimum requirements as set out in the milestones of the challenges, i.e. To qualify, each transaction should have a minimum spend of $40 (GrabFood) and $65 (GrabMart) on \u201cOnly on Grab\u201d merchants that are only on GrabFood or GrabMart.<\/li>\n \t<li>Minimum spend excludes delivery fees, platform fees, other miscellaneous fees, and\/or discounts applied.<\/li>\n \t<li>Pick up &amp; Delivery orders are eligible to count towards this Challenge.<\/li>\n \t<li>For full list of participating merchants, visit grb.to\/onlyongrab.<\/li>\n \t<li>Any Grab transaction made outside Singapore will not qualify towards the Challenge.<\/li>\n \t<li>Upon completion of the Challenge milestone, winners will receive a reward pushed to their Grab account. Each reward will have a unique 8 characters code to be used at the redemption website (grab.rewardshub.sg\/onlyongrab-sanrio). More details on the redemption can be found at grb.to\/onlyongrab-sanrio.<\/li>\n \t<li>Each valid 8 characters code entitles the participant to 1 Sanrio character handheld fan which will be given at random (Hello Kitty, Cinnamoroll or Kuromi design) also known as the \u201cprize\u201d.<\/li>\n \t<li>Winners will be able to select the method of redemption of their prize either (1) Collection at Letrain Redemption Centre at 2 Havelock Road, #03-03 Havelock 2, Singapore 059763 or (2) Delivery at an additional cost of SGD 5.00 borne by winners.<\/li>\n \t<li>Winners are deemed to only confirm the collection of the prize, upon keying in the unique 8 characters code from their reward pushed to their Grab account, onto the redemption website and receiving a confirmation email.<\/li>\n \t<li>All reward codes must be redeemed on the redemption website, and a fulfilment method selected, by Sunday, 31 July 2026, 11:59pm. All prizes must be claimed\/redeemed by 31 August 2026). Any prizes not claimed by 31 August 2026 may be forfeited (or disposed of, or donated, all at the Organisers&#8217; discretion), and no claims whatsoever for payment or compensation shall be entertained. All entries regardless of date of purchase submitted after closing will be deemed invalid and do not qualify for the promotion.<\/li>\n \t<li>The prize is strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, in part or full. No transfer of prizes will be allowed.<\/li>\n \t<li>Prize(s) for the Challenge will be capped as per the stipulated quantities set out in the milestones of the Challenge, while stocks last.<\/li>\n \t<li>You agree to accept any prize you may win in its current condition at time of issuance\/collection. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.<\/li>\n \t<li>Challenge may end earlier if the rewards have been fully redeemed.<\/li>\n \t<li>The Organisers may, at their sole and absolute discretion, substitute any prize for another prize of similar value, in circumstances that include unavailability of the original prize, illegality or non-feasibility.<\/li>\n \t<li>The Organisers may request for identification documents or further information to verify and check the identity of the winner, to prevent gaming and fraud.<\/li>\n \t<li>Failure to fulfil, and\/or breach of all\/part of the above terms and conditions may result in a forfeiture or clawback of prizes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<b>Other terms and conditions:<\/b><br><br>\n<ul>\n \t<li>Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to disqualify any participant or reject participants deemed ineligible for the Challenge or any component thereof (whether under these terms and conditions or the terms and conditions of any component of the Challenge or by reason of the participant having engaged in any conduct that the Organisers consider inappropriate or unacceptable).<\/li>\n \t<li>Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and\/or alter any part or the whole of the terms and conditions of this Challenge or any component thereof at any time without giving any prior notice to the participants.<\/li>\n \t<li>Grab\u2019s decisions in any matter in relation to the Challenge or any component thereof shall be final and conclusive.
