Ltd. and its affiliates (\u201cGrab\u201d).\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By registering your participation in either of the Online Campaigns and\/or submitting an entry for the Online Campaign, represent that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><b>Online Campaign Categories<\/b><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Grow the Stash (Delivery-Partners) \u2192 For GrabWarriors Facebook Group<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Grab Quest (Driver-Partners) \u2192 For GrabKakis Facebook Group<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p><b>Online Campaign Details (Grow the Stash)<\/b><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Grow the Stash Online Campaign is open to all active Grab Delivery-Partners who are members of the GrabWarriors Facebook Group and have completed at least one Grab delivery since 1 October 2024 and have not breached the Grab Terms of Services or any Grab Policies (as set out at <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.grab.com\/sg\/terms-policies\/transport-delivery-logistics\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">https:\/\/www.grab.com\/sg\/terms-policies\/transport-delivery-logistics\/<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">)\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Campaign will start from 2 Dec 2024.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Grab will start the Original base pot with the amount of S$5,000<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For every new member to the GrabWarriors Facebook Group, Grab will be adding $1 to the original base pot, capped at $15,000<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Each week during the campaign period, Grab will update in the FB Group the progress for new members and total amount of monies accumulated in the stash.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Number of group members will be announced when the campaign starts and also announced when the campaign ends.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Members are not allowed to leave and rejoin the group in order to attempt to increase the stash rate.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li><li aria-level=\"1\"><p><strong>Members found attempting to game the campaign will be automatically disqualified without prior notice<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ol><p><b>Online Campaign Details (Grab Quest)<\/b><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Grab Quest is a \u2018scavenger hunt\u2019 &#8211; an exciting and interactive campaign designed to boost engagement and increase followers on our Facebook channel, GrabKakis. The Grab Quest Online Campaign is open to all active Grab Driver-Partners who are members of the GrabKakis Facebook Group.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Driver-Partners will be challenged to solve clues and complete tasks that are posted within the channels.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Examples of quest to be completed by Driver-Partners and posted in GrabKakis<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Week 1 Quest: Scenic Route: Share a photo of a beautiful or interesting view you&#8217;ve come across during your deliveries or rides. Let&#8217;s appreciate the beauty around us!\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Week 2 Quest: Vehicle Pride: Share a photo of your vehicle that you use for Grab services. Show us how you maintain it in top condition!\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Prizes:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"2\"><b>Grow the Stash<\/b><\/li><\/ul><ol><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ol><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"3\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Total prize: up to $15,000<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"3\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">10 Winners from GrabWarriors Facebook Group will be chosen by the end of the campaign. The final stash amount will be split evenly among the 10 winners<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The winners for Grow The Stash will be selected based on randomised selection from participants who have fulfilled the criteria for the respective campaign and the Winners will be notified via in-app message on 26 Dec 2024. For the avoidance of doubt, such authorization and licence include without limitation the right to (i) reproduce, edit, create derivative works of, and otherwise use the Recordings and Materials (collectively, \u201c<\/span><b>Content<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d), in whole or in part, in any manner and\/or in combination with any other material (where, if the Content, in whole or in part, is combined with any other material, the resultant product shall be referred to as \u201c<\/span><b>Works<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d); and (ii) publicly display or exhibit, publicly perform, promote, market, sell, rent, distribute (directly or indirectly), transmit, or broadcast the Content and Works (including but not limited to use in videos, printed brochures, websites, emails, and blog posts); worldwide at any time and in any media (whether now known or developed in the future) for the purpose of advertising or promoting the talent show, Grab or its affiliates\u2019 services and any other marketing purposes Grab deems appropriate.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You acknowledge and agree that all Works and Recordings as well as any and all intellectual property rights subsisting in the same are and shall be solely owned by Grab, who shall have the full right to exploit or otherwise use them; and that you are not entitled to receive any fee from Grab for any such use. You further perpetually waive all rights and release Grab and its affiliates from any claim, whether now known or unknown, relating to the use and exploitation of the Content and Works as well as agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grab or its affiliates from and against any actions, claims, demands, proceedings, loss, damage, liabilities, costs (including without limitation reasonable attorneys\u2019 fees) and expenses arising out of or in connection with use of the Content or any breach of this release caused by you.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You represent and warrant that: (i) you have full power and authority to grant the rights and licenses relating to the Content, and confirm that Grab or its affiliates do not and will not require any other or further approval from any third party or you to exploit or otherwise use the Content; and (ii) the Materials do not defame anyone or otherwise violate any applicable laws.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entries must not contain any inappropriate content of any kind, including but not limited to content that (i) is obscene, hateful, defamatory, violent or offensive; (ii) promotes discrimination against any group or individual; (iii) contains any religious, political, or racially sensitive content; or (iv) is otherwise deemed by Grab to be inappropriate. Entries which contain content deemed inappropriate in the sole discretion of Grab, will be disqualified.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to disqualify any entry (i) which does not comply with these terms and conditions or (ii) if you have breached these terms and conditions..\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Grab\u2019s decisions in any matter in relation to the Online Campaigns or any component thereof shall be final and conclusive. Any request for appeal and review shall not be entertained.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Unless otherwise provided, all prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash\/credit in kind. Grab may, at their sole and absolute discretion, substitute any prize for another prize of similar value.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prizes or rewards given out pursuant to the Online Campaigns may be subject to separate terms and conditions.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to disqualify any participant or reject participants deemed ineligible.
