  1. The <\/span>Grab National Day Celebration Activities (the \u201cEvent\u201d) are<\/span> organised by GrabCar Pte Ltd and its affiliates (\u201c<\/span>Grab<\/b>\u201d) and will take place from <\/span>17 July 2023 to 12 August 2023. The Event shall consist of the following activities:\u00a0<\/span>
    1. NDP Shirt Sales\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
    2. Car Decal Giveaway\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
    3. Spot & Reward<\/span><\/li>
    4. Dress Me Up!<\/span><\/li>
    5. Drawing Competition<\/span><\/li>
    6. Sing & Swing Singapore!<\/span><\/li>
    7. Grand Finale<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>

      (the \u201c<\/span>Event Activities<\/b>\u201d)<\/span><\/p>

      1. Unless stated otherwise, each of the Event activities is only open to Grab\u2019s Delivery-Partners and Driver-Partners who have active accounts with Grab (\u201c<\/span>Participants<\/b>\u201d).<\/span><\/li>
      2. By participating in any of the Event Activities, Participants represent that they have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and the terms and conditions of all components of the Event.<\/span><\/li>
      3. Each Participant warrants and represents the following, with respect to any submissions, including photographs, artwork, videos or drawings, (each an \u201c<\/span>Entry<\/b>\u201d) submitted to Grab as part of the Event Activities:<\/span><\/li>
      4. The Entry is an original work of the Participant or the Participant\u2019s children (as the case may be), and does not contain or incorporate any copyright or intellectual property owned by any other party;<\/span><\/li>
      5. The Entry will not infringe on or conflict with the copyright, trademark, trade secret or any other personal or proprietary right of any other party; and<\/span><\/li>
      6. The Participant shall be liable for any breach of the warranties in this paragraph and indemnify Grab in the event of any action, claim or proceeding brought against Grab arising from the Participant\u2019s Entry.<\/span><\/li>
      7. Licence Grant: By submitting an Entry, each Participant grants Grab, its agents, licensees, and assigns, an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive and transferable right and permission to reproduce, encode, store, copy, transmit, publish, post, broadcast, display, publicly perform, adapt, modify, create derivative works of, exhibit, and otherwise use the Entry as-is or as-edited (with or without the Participant\u2019s name, image and likeness) in any media throughout the world for any purpose, without limitation, and without additional review, compensation or approval from the Participant.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
      8. Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to vary these Terms and Conditions, or amend, suspend, or cancel any part of the Event or Event Activities\u00a0 at any time without giving any prior notice.<\/span><\/li>
      9. Unless otherwise provided, all prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash\/credit in kind. Grab may, at their sole and absolute discretion, substitute any prize for another prize of similar value.<\/span><\/li>
      10. Prizes or rewards given out pursuant pursuant to the Event Activities may be subject to separate terms and conditions.<\/span><\/li>
      11. Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to disqualify any Participant or reject Participants deemed ineligible for any of the Event Activities. <\/span>If Grab discovers that any prize winner was not entitled to participate or if a winner is subsequently disqualified from participation, Grab may at its discretion forfeit the prize, and dispose or donate the prize, at Grab\u2019s discretion.<\/span><\/li>
      12. Grab\u2019s decisions in any matter in relation to the Event, Event Activities or any component thereof shall be final and conclusive. Any request for appeal and review shall not be entertained.<\/span><\/li>
      13. Grab shall not be responsible or liable for any claims of loss or damage to property or any personal injury or loss of life resulting from or related to the Event or Event Activities.<\/span><\/li>
      14. Grab shall not be liable for any claims by the Attendees or their children, or be accountable for third-party claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third party, consequential or other damages resulting from or related to the Event or Event Activities.<\/span><\/li>
      15. Each Participant acknowledges and consents to Grab\u2019s collection, use, disclosure and otherwise processing of the Participant\u2019s information and content submitted for the purpose of facilitating the conduct of the Event Activities (including holding public voting and announcement of winners on Grab\u2019s online platforms), Grab\u2019s promotional activities and other related purposes, without compensation, in accordance with Grab\u2019s Privacy Notice ((<\/span>https:\/\/www.grab.com\/sg\/terms-policies\/privacy-notice\/<\/span><\/a>). Where the information and content submitted contains information of other individuals (e.g. friends, children), each Participant confirms that he\/she has obtained their consent, or consents on their behalf (where applicable), for the disclosure of their information to Grab for the above-mentioned purposes.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
      16. Photography and videography will take place at the Grand Finale.
