  1. The “Lucky Kaki Draw” campaign is organised by GrabTaxi Singapore (\u201cOrganiser\u201d) and runs from 11 April – 8 May 2022 11:59pm (\u201ccontest period\u201d). <\/li>\n
  2. The contest is a giveaway of the following prizes (\u201cprizes\u201d) to Grab Driver-partners who fulfill the contest requirements (\u201ccontest\u201d)
      \n
    1. Grand prize x 1 winner: Cash wallet prize $3,888<\/li>\n
    2. Second prize x 1 winner: Cash wallet prize $1,888<\/li>\n
    3. Third prizes: Cash wallet prize $888<\/li>\n
    4. Fourth to Eighth prize x 3 winners:  $150 Cash + LIQUI MOLY Hamper (up to $116) + LIQUI MOLY $60 e-commerce vouchers.<\/li>\n
    5. Weekly Draw winners (3 weeks x 6 winners): $100 cash<\/li>\n
    6. Weekly winners will consist of (3) GrabCar driver-partner & (3) deliver-partner<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    7. Prizes are not transferable to a third party.<\/li>\n
    8. There are (2) categories of participants that may enter the contest: Referrals for both delivery and transport platforms<\/li>\n
    9. The requirements to gain an entry into contest are as follows. Within the contest period:
        \n
      1. Referrer will be eligible for 1 entry into the contest for every eight (8) successfully completed Grab rides  by <\/b>new driver-partners referred by them om the week before each week’s lucky draw. Example: New joiner does 20 rides, referrer will earn 2 entries.<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. Every Successful referral of experienced dax, are automatically eligible for 2 entry into the contest**<\/li>\n
      3. Every one (1) successful referral of new driver-partners by<\/strong> existing driver-partners are automatically eligible for 1 entry into the contest. A referral is considered successful once new driver-partner activates and completes their first ride in campaign period.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
      4. Lucky Draw winners will be selected through the following method:
          \n
        1. Entries will be drawn from the total pool of entries (\u201cfinalists\u201d)<\/span><\/li>\n
        2. Winners for the respective prizes will be selected at random from the pool of entries<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
        3. Top 8 prize Winners will be announced and contacted by 26 May 2022<\/strong> where details on how to collect the prizes will be communicated. For weekly winners, the Winners will be announced on the first Thursday from the week ended. <\/li>\n
        4. By participating in this contest, you consent to Grab announcing the name of the winners and\/or releasing a photograph of the winner as the prize-winner in our winner\u2019s announcement.<\/li>\n
        5. By participating in this contest, you have indicated that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.  Prizes given out under this contest or any component thereof may be subject to separate terms and conditions (such as, in the case of vouchers, the relevant terms and conditions governing such vouchers).<\/span><\/li>\n
        6. The prize may be forfeited to the next winner if the participant is unable to comply with these condition.<\/li>\n
        7. The prize may be forfeited if winners are not contactable by Grab representative by 26 May 2022 <\/strong>(and disposed of, or donated, all at Grab\u2019s discretion), and no claims whatsoever for payment or compensation shall be entertained.<\/span><\/li>\n
        8. The contest is open to Grab Driver-Partners in Singapore only. The following persons are not eligible to participate in the Contest: All employees (both permanent and fixed term contract) of the Organiser and their immediate family members.<\/li>\n
        9. The Organiser \/ Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to disqualify any participant or reject qualifying participants deemed ineligible (be it under these Terms & Conditions or if the participant has engaged in conduct that the Organiser considers inappropriate or unacceptable).<\/li>\n
        10. Grab reserves the right to change the terms and co<\/span>nditions at any point of time.<\/li>\n
        11. The Organiser may, at its sole and absolute discretion, substitute any prize for another prize of similar value, in circumstances that include but are not limited to unavailability of the original prize, illegality or non-feasibility.<\/span><\/li>\n
        12. The decision by Grab is final and conclusive. No appeal will be entertained.
