  1. Effective 1 April 2022, Grab users will now be awarded “additional” GrabRewards points for qualified spend on Hotels under the “Hotels GrabRewards points issuance programme”.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
      \n
    1. To earn GrabRewards points from qualified spend on Hotels, Users must:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
        \n
      • Have a Grab account with an active GrabRewards points wallet GrabRewards tier membership,<\/li>\n
      • Accept the information sharing with Agoda or Booking.com (\u201cPartner\u201d), prior to transacting on Hotels tile,<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Complete the booking transaction and\/or reservation on the Grab app via the Hotels tile, for either Partner\u2019s services,<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Complete the stay and make payment under each User’s own name, where checkout and payment will be verified by our Partner.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
          \n
        1. This programme is not applicable to users that are registered on Grab using a phone number with an Indonesia (+62), Thailand (+66), or Vietnam (+84) dialing code.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
            \n
          1. The additional programme earn rate for qualified spend on Hotels for all bookings is based on the user selected currency and defined as follows, effective from Dd Feb 2022 to 15 Feb 2022, for check-out on\/before 31 Mar 2022:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
              \n
            • SG: 4 points per SGD 1<\/li>\n
            • PH: 6 points per PHP 100<\/span><\/li>\n
            • MY: 1.5 points per MYR 1<\/span><\/li>\n
            • ID: 2 points per IDR 10,000<\/span><\/li>\n
            • VN: 2 points per VND 10,000<\/span><\/li>\n
            • TH: 2 points per THB 16<\/span><\/li>\n
            • KH: 2 points per KHR 3,000<\/span><\/li>\n
            • MM: 2 points per MMK 1,000<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Other: 5 points per USD 1<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              1. The additional programme earn rate for qualified spend on Hotels for all bookings is based on the user selected currency and defined as follows, effective from 16 Feb 2022 onwards:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                • SG: 2 points per SGD 1<\/li>\n
                • PH: 3 points per PHP 100<\/span><\/li>\n
                • MY: 0.5 points per MYR 1<\/span><\/li>\n
                • ID: 1 point per IDR 10,000<\/span><\/li>\n
                • VN: 1 points per VND 10,000<\/span><\/li>\n
                • TH: 1 points per THB 16<\/span><\/li>\n
                • KH: 1 points per KHR 3,000<\/span><\/li>\n
                • MM: 1 points per MMK 1,000<\/span><\/li>\n
                • Other: 2 points per USD 1<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  6. Any conversion rate used is based on the foreign exchange rate set by prevailing bank rates and calculated by our Partner on the date of the booking, and is subject to change without prior notice.<\/div>
                   <\/div>
                  7. Grab reserves the sole and absolute right without giving prior notice, or compensation in cash or in kind, to:<\/div>
                  a. Withhold the issuance of GrabRewards points until the transaction and stay is completed and verified by our Partner(s),<\/div>
                  • b. Disqualify or reject any participant whose stay and\/or payment was not under their own name or otherwise deemed ineligible for the campaign, be it under these terms and conditions or having engaged in conduct that Grab considers inappropriate or unacceptable,<\/li>
                  • c. Periodically change the GrabRewards points issuance earn rate,<\/li>
                  • d. Add or remove any Partner to this points issuance programme,<\/li>
                  • e. Alter any or all terms of or end this points issuance programme.<\/li><\/ul><\/div>
                     <\/div>
                    8. GrabRewards points awarded in this \u201cadditional\u201d points issuance programme is in addition to the \u201cstandard\u201d GrabRewards points issued from using GrabPay Wallet or Mastercard (where available, see GrabPay T&Cs separately). These \u201cadditional\u201d points are expected to be issued 70 days after check out date (e.g. check out date in April 1, receive additional points by June 10).<\/div>

                    9. GrabRewards points awarded in this points issuance programme will not count towards Rewards tier qualification.<\/div>
                     <\/div>
                    10. Grab shall not be liable to any user, Partner, or any other third-party for claims or losses of any nature.<\/div><\/div>\n
