If a participant is found to be in multiple videos, Grab will only consider the earliest submission for that participant.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Each submission shall be entered under the name of a primary participant (\u201cPoint of Contact\u201d), and also include the details of all other participants.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">License Grant: By entering the Contest, the Grab Partner grants Grab, its agents, licensees, and assigns, an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive and transferable right and permission to reproduce, encode, store, copy, transmit, publish, post, broadcast, display, publicly perform, adapt, modify, create derivative works of, exhibit, and otherwise use your Entry as-is or as-edited (with or without your name, image and likeness) in any media throughout the world for any purpose, without limitation, and without additional review, compensation or approval from you. Grab reserves the right to replace the prize\/points given with another equivalent prize at its discretion without prior notice. Grab reserves the right to amend or edit at any time these Terms and Conditions listed for this initiative as it deems fit. Participants of the top 3 winning teams will receive their cash prize via their respective Cash Wallets within 2 weeks of the prize ceremony.
