That is why we are <\/span>lowering the Hitch Club tier requirements*<\/b> to ensure that the higher tiers are much more attainable and you can continue to enjoy the respective benefits.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

A: No, there is no other change<\/span> to the Hitch Club\u2019s mechanics and benefit entitlements.<\/span><\/p>

Q: Is the Hitch Club tier requirement change permanent? Will the point system change once we enter Phase 3?<\/strong><\/p>

A: No, it is not\u00a0permanent<\/span> and will only be applied for Q3 and Q4 2020.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

We are working closely with authorities to determine if there will be any change to the existing GrabHitch\u2019s guidelines should Phase 3 be implemented. A: No, it will not be revised<\/span>. <\/span><\/p>

Assuming you are a Go-Getter and got upgraded to Pro on 1st Oct, your Pro entitlements will start on the 1st Oct and cannot be backtracked for Q3.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
