These insights help our product teams validate ideas, uncover friction, and refine the experience before launch.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In H1 2026, EAP users\u00a0 tested five new features across Grab in our eight operating markets \u2014from Mobility and Food to GrabMaps and GrabMart. Overall, 73% of testers found the feature intuitive, with 85% saying email and push notifications were helpful for tracking their scheduled pick-up.
