The meter turns red once the speed limit is breached.\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>(Read more:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grab.com\/sg\/inside-grab\/stories\/grab-app-detects-driver-safety\/\">How Grab\u2019s app detects if drivers are driving safely<\/a><strong>)<\/strong><\/p><p>We\u2019ve now introduced a stronger nudge, for situations where driver-partners further exceed speed limits, triggered when they reach 25km\/h above the limit. It will disappear once they are back within the speed limit.\u00a0<\/p><p>Our local teams on the ground continually maintain the accuracy and coverage of our database of road speed limits.<\/p><p>These speeding alerts are currently available in Singapore, some cities in Malaysia, the Philippines, and Vietnam.
