GrabRentals is Grab’s very own vehicle rental arm. We provide private-hire car and motorcycle rentals for Grab’s driver-partners and delivery-partners.
You need to be:
- A Singaporean or Permanent Resident (PR)
- Hold a Class 2B/2A/2 motorbike licence with less than 17 demerit points
- Have a GrabFood delivery-partner account

- Wait for us to contact you to schedule an appointment
- Proceed to GrabRentals@SinMing during your appointment slot. Please bring your NRIC, motorcycle licence & NETS card for document confirmation, deposit payment and contract signing
- Collect your motorcycle within 3 working days after signing of rental contract
It will be automatically deducted from your Grab Driver credit wallet. The credit wallet can be topped up via the cash wallet, or DBS/POSB ATM machine & ibanking.
Yes, the commercial insurance covers you against 3rd party claims in Singapore and Malaysia, for an excess of $1,500. If the renter is under 21 years old or has less than 2 years of driving experience, the excess amount is $3,000. Kindly note that damages to the renter’s own motorcycle will be fully borne by the renter. Coverage is also not extended to incidences of theft and Act of God.
Free servicing is also provided for every 1,000km travelled. Renters will have to call the relevant workshop to make an appointment for servicing at a convenient timeslot. Details of the workshop will be provided upon collection of the motorcycle.
Yes you can!
Yes, the renter may add 1 additional rider to his/her current rental contract. Kindly note that daily rental deduction will still be via the main-renter’s credit wallet.

Please do the following after a breakdown (Singapore coverage only):
- Park the motorcycle in a safe place and place the keys and all documents into its box
- Call the workshop hotline as provided in your GrabRentals motorcycle check-out booklet
Please do the following after an accident:
- Call the police immediately
- Take down the registration numbers, contacts and NRICs of all vehicles & witnesses
- Take photos of the accident site and vehicles involved
- Call the support hotline provided in your GrabRentals motorcycle check-out booklet
