Guaranteed GrabWarrior Incentives of up to $440/week for 6 Months
That’s an additional $11440 you could earn in 6 months, on top of fares! Reach your trip targets and be rewarded at the following rates, paid 100% in cash:
*To qualify for this incentive, an Acceptance Rate of 90% and above, Cancellation Rate of 10% and below, and a minimum Driver Rating of 4.3 must be maintained. Eligible trips are unique passenger trips on GrabShare, GrabCar Economy 4 & 6-seater, GrabFamily 4 & 6-seater, & JustGrab. Trips done using vehicles owned by hourly rentals do not count.
Peak Hour Hourly Guarantee of up to $33/hr for 6 Months
Enjoy 6 months of greater income stability, regardless of ride demand. Think of it as thanks for staying online and serving your passengers, even when rides are scarce. Learn more about this incentive here.
How to read this table:
- Imagine Mr. Tan, a Grab driver, drives from 2pm to 6pm on Sunday and completes 7 trips.
- With the new Peak Hour Hourly Guarantees scheme, Grab ensures that Mr Tan earns at least $27/hr,excluding surcharges (e.g. ERP). If he does not, Grab will top up the difference!
- That means, Mr Tan can drive with assurance as he is guaranteed a total of $108 for his time on the road!
*Eligible trips are unique passenger trips on GrabShare, GrabCar Economy 4 & 6-seater, GrabFamily 4 & 6-seater & JustGrab. Trips done using vehicles owned by hourly rentals do not count. 20% commission applies. Please note no commission is applied to surcharges (e.g. waiting time, additional stops made after booking, ERP). 100% of your incentive will be paid in Cash.
No-Match-Low-Commissions on GrabShare for 6 Months
We’ll refund $1 of your commission in Credit if your GrabShare trip goes unmatched during these timeslots:
Extra 5% Top-Up Bonus from fares collected
Apart from a steady income, you’ll get to also enjoy a 5% top-up bonus of your weekly fares earned that will be accumulated throughout the length of the programme and paid to you after the 6-month duration.
Here’s an example of how it works (imagine you’re Mr Tan):
“If Mr Tan completes 80 trips/week with an average fare of $10, Grab will top-up an extra $40 (80 trips x $0.50) under the Grab PowerUp Bonus scheme. That brings him up to a cumulative of $1040 ($40 x 26 weeks) after 6 months because of his hard work and performance!“
*To qualify for the weekly top-up bonus, incentive, an Acceptance Rate of 90% and above, and a Cancellation Rate of 10% and below must be maintained during that week.
Terms and Conditions
- The 5% fare rebate will only be paid out at the end of the Subscription Term and may not be redeemed/claimed at any point before the end of the PowerUp Bonus Term
- If you are currently renting from GrabRentals or any of our Exclusive Fleet Partners, by signing up to the PowerUp Scheme, you will no longer be eligible for any loyalty/rental rebates or other GrabRentals incentives.
- Should the PowerUP contract be terminated by the driver prematurely, it will automatically void and forfeit any benefits, rewards, and incentives under the Program and will not be allowed to re-opt in for the same Program. Furthermore, these drivers will not be eligible for incentives higher than or equal to those in the PowerUP scheme until 6 months have passed since the initial PowerUP sign up date.
- Exclusivity Requirement: Drivers who opt into this Program agree not to use their vehicle for any commercial activity other than solely for the purposes of providing transportation services requested by Grab users via the Grab app.
- Drivers found to be in violation of this Exclusivity Requirement and/or Grab’s Code of Conduct agree and acknowledge that Grab reserves the absolute right and option to terminate this Program, forfeit and void any incentives that are unpaid by Grab, as well as claim back any incentives that have been paid (including through deduction from driver wallet).
- Grab’s decisions in the execution of this Program shall be final and conclusive – requests for appeal and review will not be entertained.
- Grab reserves the right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part or the whole of the terms and conditions of this Program at any time without prior notice.
- Any and all rights of Grab under this Program and these terms and conditions may be exercised by Grabcar Pte. Ltd. and any of its related companies.
