  • The Prudential Marina Bay Carnival is open daily till 24 March 2019, from 4pm to 11pm. Please note that the Carnival will be closed for private functions on 18 Jan, 24 Jan (4-7pm) and 15 Feb (4-7pm).
  • Please note that Credits are required to pay for for games, amusement rides and F&B at the Carnival, and Bonus Credits can only be utilised for games and amusement rides at the Carnival. Credits can be topped up at any time during Carnival operating hours, at top-up boxes located at the Carnival only. The minimum top-up amount for a card is 1 credit. The maximum amount that can be stored in one card is 300 credits.
  • Credits can be purchased via cash payment or through our accepted bank payment partners. Any disputes for the credits purchased must be made at the point of transaction. After leaving the respective top-up boxes, disputes will not be entertained. Any dispute resolution in relation to the card is at the discretion of MBC senior management, whose decision shall be deemed full and final. Cancellation or refunds of the transaction cannot be processed and will not be entertained. The Carnival’s record concerning the balance of the card is final. The card balance is non-refundable.
  • Marina Bay Carnival Pte Ltd. will not be liable for the loss, theft or damage of any RFID cards caused by non-compliance. Cardholders are responsible for safeguarding their cards alongside their personal belongings. There are no cancellations for the loss, damage or theft of any card.

COVID-19 has dealt an unprecedented blow to the tourism industry, affecting the livelihoods of millions of workers. One of them was Komsan, an assistant chef in a luxury hotel based in the Srinakarin area.

As the number of tourists at the hotel plunged, he decided to sign up as a GrabFood delivery-partner to earn an alternative income. Soon after, the hotel ceased operations.

Komsan has viewed this change through an optimistic lens, calling it the perfect opportunity for him to embark on a fresh journey after his previous job. Aside from GrabFood deliveries, he now also picks up GrabExpress jobs. It can get tiring, having to shuttle between different locations, but Komsan finds it exciting. And mostly, he’s glad to get his income back on track.
