¹ Merchant Promotion Terms and conditions

• The promotion period is from 19 December 2017 (00:00) to 30 December 2017 (23:00).
• Valid only for GrabPay merchants and GrabPay transactions at Flashbang 2017
• Applicable only in batches of 10 GrabPay transactions. For example: if you qualify for 34 transactions, only 5×3 =$15 will be paid out.
• The promotion is capped at SGD $250 or 500 unique transactions per eligible merchant.
• Unless otherwise stated, only successfully completed GrabPay transactions are eligible for the merchant promotion.
• Qualifying transactions must be by unique GrabPay users per day. If there are repeated transactions from the same customer in a day, only the transaction that occurs first will be considered.
• The GrabPay QR code, wobbler and $3 GrabPay rebate tent card should be kept in good condition and to be displayed prominently at the cashier/ point of sale. Failure to do so will disqualify merchant from the merchant promotion.
• The merchant promotion will be paid out within 7 days after the end of the campaign period. It will be paid to the organiser Invade Industry Pte Ltd, where the organiser will pay out to the merchants.
• Grab reserves the right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part or the whole terms and conditions of merchant promotion at any time without prior notice.

² $3 GrabPay Rebate for GrabPay users

• Valid from 4 Dec 2017 to 31 Jan 2018
• Limited to the first 100k redemptions
• Limited to user’s first 3 in-store GrabPay transactions of at least $3 from 4 Dec 2017 to 31 Jan 2018
• An e-mail will be sent to user by 6:00PM every Monday during the promotional period with more instructions on how to claim the rebates
