How can I earn with this loyalty program?

Simply collect a minimum of peak hour fares* per week (excluding surcharges for ERP, additional stops, waiting time), and fulfill the eligibility criteria detailed below to earn up to $1200 in loyalty cash incentives in just 12 weeks. And this is on top of all our other weekly and referral incentives!

As fares are usually higher during peak hours, $300-$500 in Peak Hour fares is easily achieved with 20 – 33 trips per week. That’s just 3 – 5 trips per day!

1There are a total of 63 selected peak hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 0600 – 0959  (20 hours)
  • Monday – Thursday: 1700 – 1959 (12 hours)
  • Friday: 1700 – 2359 (7 hours)
  • Saturday: 0800 – 2159 (14 hours)
  • Sunday: 0800 – 1759 (10 hours)

These peak hours are subject to changes. For example: During public holidays or special events. You will be notified of any changes to peak hours via sms or email.

Program period

The loyalty program is an opt-in program only. All applications must be submitted between 1 Aug to 20 Aug 2016. Eligible applicants will be enrolled into this loyalty program for 12 weeks starting from the first Monday after sign up.

Who is eligible for this program?

All New GrabCar Economy drivers who fulfil all the following criteria:

  • registered a driver account with Grab from 1 August 2016
  • if using a rental vehicle: main hirer of a vehicle from any fleet except Lion City Rentals, with a minimum 3 month rental contract period remaining
  • if using own car: 6 months of COE remaining with valid ACRA

Visit us at our office at 18 Sin Ming Lane, #01-10 Midview City, Singapore 573960 to collect and submit the loyalty opt-in form.

If your GrabCar registered vehicle is rented from Strides:

  • Submit your loyalty opt-in form with the following documents,
  • Your rental agreement & rental agreement addendum (if any)
  • When you submit your loyalty opt-in form, you will be automatically enrolled into the Grab Incentive Guarantee Program as well.

If your GrabCar registered vehicle is your own car/ is rented from other rental companies

  • Submit your loyalty opt-in form with the following documents,
  • Own car: the log card of your GrabCar registered vehicle
  • Rental car: a rental agreement that shows a rental commitment of at least 3 months remaining.

Other Terms and Conditions

  • Only GC Economy 4-Seater rides are eligible for the loyalty program.
  • Successful applicants who fulfil all the requirements of the program will be enrolled into the program.
  • Loyalty requirement: Drivers who opt into this Program agree not to use their Grab-registered Vehicle for any commercial activity other than solely for the purposes of providing transportation services requested by GrabCar users via the Grab app.
  • Drivers found to be in violation of this Loyalty Requirement and/or Grab’s Code of Conduct agree and acknowledge that Grab reserves the absolute right and option to terminate this offer, forfeit and void any incentives still unpaid by Grab, as well as claim back any Loyalty Incentives that has been paid.
  • Once successfully admitted into the program, Strides drivers who transfer between Strides Transportation and other rental companies shall be automatically disqualified from this program, and all incentives unpaid under this program shall be voided unless written consent from Grab is obtained.
  • Grab’s decision in the execution of this Loyalty Program shall be final and conclusive – requests for appeal and review will not be entertained.
  • Grab reserves the right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part or the whole terms and conditions of this Loyalty Program at any time without prior notice.
